Okay Hotel for a short stay.

Room was okay, comfortable as clean, on second floor (Road side), lift not working so it is fortunate that we are fairly healthy 70 year olds. On arrival there were no available parking spaces in the car park (it was a fairly late arrival), but plenty of free and safe street parking. Post Code on sat nav take you to a cul-de-sac residential area, about three minutes from the hotel - hotel is first building as you turn off the main road, not well signposted - had we arrived earlier in the evening we might have seen it. Breakfast was disappointing for the cost, second morning we went to have breakfast in Paisley (better and cheaper).

In desperate need of repair or upgrade.

Three large windows in my room NONE OF THEM WOULD CLOSE,handles broken and hanging off, lift in hotel not working, lots of street noise because of unclosable windows

An absolute dump so noisey I couldn’t sleep on any of the 3 nights I was there, room was dirty and didn’t get cleaned, room was left open after someone had gone in to empty the bin, my personal item left to be taken, never again.

The room was large and had tea making facilities. It unfortunately smelled of stale smoke. The staff were helpful in helping me upstairs with my heavy case, booked our taxi and came up and knocked when the taxi arrived a bit early. There was a busy pub 20 minute walk up the road which we ate at, seemed popular.
