Simple and cosy villa located in a privileged area just 1 km from the beautiful and peaceful Aigua Xelida cove in Tamariu, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava!



Ideal for enjoying a family holiday!



Outdoor area with private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.6m), garden and garage (5x3m).

Cosy and spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: cutlery, pans, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

It consists of 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm) and terrace with views of the pool and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each one of 90x200cm, 2 bathrooms one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



No pets allowed.



No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.

8 euros/person/towels.

Piscine très agréable

La location passe par une agence immobilière de vacances espagnole et cela a rendu a communication parfois difficile. Par exemple, nous sommes arrivés à la maison, il n'y avait personne, on a joint par mail car aucun téléphone l'agence et on a appris que le ckeck in se faisait à l'agence dans un autre village. A l'agence, on m'a donné un rouleau de papier hygiénique et une éponge, on ne peut pas imaginer moins glamour pour commencer des vacances! La maison est située près du centre, en haut d'une côte très rude à pied mais heureusement il y a une super piscine pour nous récompenser de nos efforts à l'arrivée! Quartier calme. Maison propre. Prévoir de tout apporter, il n'y a rien, même pas du sel ou du poivre. Fonctionnel, on a passé de bonnes vacances.
