Arnaque tarifaire

Attention cet appartement est une arnaque tarifaire, gĂ©rĂ© par un particulier Ă  distance et contact uniquement par vidĂ©o pour les formalitĂ©s. Les photos ne sont pas toutes excates, la rĂ©novation de l’appartement a Ă©tĂ© faite Ă  la va vite, balcon avec ustensiles de nettoyage sales ,odeur d’humiditĂ©, intĂ©rieur sans charme et rĂ©sidence d’un autre temps trĂšs dĂ©gradĂ©e et pratiquement vide en plein mois de juillet, quartier laid et sans intĂ©rĂȘt. Attention le parking est Ă  l’extĂ©rieur quand il y a de la place !!! Bref une rĂ©sidence sur le dĂ©clin
sauf le jardin trĂšs bien entretenu.. un tarif Ă  800 ou 1000 euros la semaine serait plus appropriĂ© et encore..Ă©viter ce quartier sauf si vous ĂȘtes un habituĂ©..

FĂŒr Aktive, die AusflĂŒge und Strand kombinieren möchten

Die Wohnung ist zweckmĂ€ssig, renoviert. Das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem, es können durchaus Erwachsene darauf schlafen. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer dunkel, die Fenster mĂŒssen mit HolzlĂ€den praktisch immer geschlossen sein, da sonst keine PrivatspĂ€hre. Strand sehr schön und trotz Hochsaison findet man Platz. Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Die Aussenfassade des GebĂ€udes ist in die Jahre gekommen, und wirkt ungepflegt. Balkon klein, Plastiktisch und 4 StĂŒhle, schöne Sicht auf die Bucht, hat leider keinen Charme, aber ist praktisch, und man kann gut auf dem Balkon essen.
