This is too small and poorly equiped for a long stay (1 month). Overpriced.

There's no AC, summer time heat is a big issue, no proper ventilation. Kitchen doesn't have a good setup with correct stove top (2 only and not enough space so they could not be used at the same time), no exhaust fan, so when cooking it's all over the flat! And last but not least, sewer smell coming out of the bathroom time to time.
