Renter beware advertised as a clean and healthy apartment I was surprised to see a wall in the kitchen living room area crumbling and full of mold. As it was in the evening when I checked in my agent told me he would contact me the next day he did not. In the morning the tour buses idled engines. We could not get another accommodation. We were above restaurant row which did not close until 3am and garbage pickup was at 4am No sleep for the 3 days. There was no washing machine as specified. By the morning of the day we left the water from the leaky AC started to enter the bedroom area. We had headaches from the mold my daughter was in Palermo for an event she is a Soprano. I am disputing the charge on my credit card as Wonderful Italy the managing company will not respond to my emails.

Eine Wohnung im Herzen von Palermo, in der NĂ€he des Hauptbahnhofs, aller SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und der Busverbindung zum Flughafen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem alten GebĂ€ude, ist etwas renovierungsbedĂŒrftig und hat schmutzige WĂ€nde. Der grĂ¶ĂŸte Nachteil ist jedoch, dass es dort furchtbar laut ist. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Restaurants und Bars. Ohne Ohrstöpsel ist es unertrĂ€glich. Man kann ĂŒberhaupt nicht schlafen

Pas louable actuellement !

Le mur dans le salon est totalement ruinĂ© avec une Ă©norme infiltration d’eau sous la climatisation, avec odeurs nausĂ©abondes de moisissures. Le propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© informĂ© dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e et n’a rien fait. La chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons communiquĂ© l’information au propriĂ©taire et avons donnĂ© notre accord pour quelqu’un puisse intervenir sans ou avec notre prĂ©sence dans l’appartement et aucun plombier n’est venu rĂ©parer la chasse d’eau du toilette durant nos 6 jours de location. Le logement n’est pas louable dans de telles conditions !
