Bright and modern apartment with terrace, located on the second floor of an historic building.
The apartment consists of a large, well-equipped kitchen, overlooking the furnished terrace. The living area includes a dining table, two sofas and television. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, and a third bedroom, also with a queen size bed, equipped with a mezzanine used as a study. A bathroom with shower box and a second bathroom with bathtub complete the layout.
Guests will enjoy amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and air conditioning.
