Honestly we could not have chosen a better hotel for our first trip to Sicily. We are more enchanted with Palermo and Sicily than we could have imagined. The room was perfect and we made good use of our balcony with the gorgeous view. We loved the rooftop restaurant and breakfast was always nice. I will miss my cappuccinos with pretty hearts that always made me smile. The location was perfect and we enjoyed just walking around and surprising and enjoying local food. The grocery store and ATM were very accessible as well. Thanks!!

Great hotel and staff

The staff were very helpful, and I appreciated the dining staff remembering I was gluten free for breakfast. The room was nicely furnished and the bed comfy, with a fab view of the square. Great location. Valet parking at 22 euros a day was handy, but if you are getting the bus from the airport, the stop is just outside. Enjoyed a drink in the rooftop bar.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was centrally located next to a large square. Our room had a fantastic view of the palazzo. The area was great for walking, and there were high-end stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Rooftop dining had an excellent atmosphere and good service.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and clean, if spartan room. Our room overlooked the Piazza Politeama so it was a bit noisy if we opened the window but fairly quiet otherwise. The location is excellent, right where the daily pedestrian passegiata starts (or ends) and only a 5-10 minute walk to the Teatro Massimo and "party zone" full of bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar and restaurant are small but the food was excellent and the views of Palermo and surrounding mountains are gorgeous.
