Modern and cozy apartment with balcony at Foro Italico , a few steps from the Marina promenade and the Cala.
The apartment, on the second floor of a historic building with elevator, features a large and bright living area furnished with sofa, dining table and open kitchen equipped with all amenities. This area boasts a splendid view from the balcony over the green area of the Foro Italico and the waterfront. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi, air conditioning and heating.
*The building next to the accommodation is currently undergoing renovations. Because of this, there may be noise during the day and visibility from the bedroom window is limited by scaffolding.
