The staff was wonderful. I had food poisoning the day before check out and they let me extend my stay due to the fact that I was very slow moving. The man at the front desk was very friendly and passionate about getting the most out of Palermo. Made lots of good recommendations.

The million dollar view from the terrace is good enough to compensate for any issues. Vita, the manager, provided excellent and unending recommendations with a patience blordering on the the miraculous. You'll be pressed to find better value during your travels. While the breakfast may be simple, it is sufficient and catered with a smile by the delightful signora who packed us a "pocket" breakfast on the last day.

La Terrazza is a very nice lovely place in the absolute center historico. We loved the service and care of the team, super helpful. Rooms are very nice and comfy. The breakfast is very good, and is on a roof terrace overlooking the old town and Churches. Thanks again for the great time

Property (building) is older, as can be expected in downtown area of Palermo. Rooms were overall clean but could use a little updating. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Very clean and safe and walkable area. Staff Emiliano and Vino are always there to help and guide you when needed. Vino is very informative and knowledgeable about his area and eager to share with you. They are always approachable and meet any need you might have. The breakfast and view was great but the season I chose to visit had 2 days of rain so I would have like to enjoy the terrace some more without the rain. Breakfast was excellent. I realized that breakfast with bacon and eggs is just an American things and the rest of the world doesn’t do that haha. I did enjoy the Sicilian style of breakfast. Would definitely go again to this place

Fabulous hotel right in the very heart of the historic centre of Palermo. The rooms are comfortable and surprisingly quiet given how close to the centre of the city it is located. The roof terrace is a fantastic place to start your days with breakfast being taken together with a stunning view over the rooftops of Palermo. The hotel is situated in an ancient palazzo and there are stairs to negotiate. This may not be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues, but climbing the stairs is a good way of working off some of those gelato and aperitivo calories! Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Terrazza Sul Centro! The hotel is centrally located next to the historic city center, making it extremely convenient and easy to walk around and sightsee all the nearby attractions. The rooftop patio/terrace is by far the highlight of this hotel with beautiful views of Palermo (highly recommend going around sunset). We enjoyed a delicious complimentary breakfast up there with savory and sweet options to accompany our morning cappuccinos while admiring the view. We can't thank Vito enough for being the most welcoming and friendly host! He carried our bags up multiple flights of stairs to our rooms, answered all our questions about Palermo and neighboring cities in Sicily, and suggested the best food/restaurant recommendations! If we ever return to Palermo (fingers crossed), we would without a doubt stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Location, location, location ! We were only 2 blocks for the center of the historic Palermo center. The breakfast on the rooftop was pleasant with a beautiful view. The desk clerk/manager and rest of staff were amazing !
