We spent two nights in May, all was perfect, but be aware that the apartment is located in ZTL, meaning limited traffic zone, we advise not to come by car.

Parking was one of the factors in choosing this property, We had a rental car this trip and this was one of the few properties that offered parking included for no extra charge, Two days before arrival we were informed parking was NOT available, Had we know that in advance we would have chosen another property. There was no effort to make alternate parking arrangements. We found parking near by but at a cost of 40 Euro per night, Compensation is requested.

Absence de climatisation dans la chambre mezzanine

Malgré les messages envoyés au gestionnaire du logement, aucune réponse, climatisation de la chambre mezzanine en panne, plus de 35 degrés en haut, l’enfer, impossible de dormir !!! Une honte !! Une panne arrive mais au moins que l’on résolve le problème…..

施設自体の場所は良かったが、施設内のアメニティは歯ブラシセットが無くて不便だった。 又、乾燥が酷くて2階で休むと初日で風邪を引いてしまった。 水道水の濁りも酷くて、加湿のためにお湯を沸かすと、カルキの残りが沢山出てきた。 リピートはしないです。

La soluzione è davvero molto valida, peccato però che il giudizio complessivo debba essere negativamente influenzato dai seguenti aspetti: 1. Rubinetto del lavabo del bagno non fissato adeguatamente 2. Stessa cosa x sedile del wc 3. Stessa cosa per portasalviette del bidet 4. Dal rubinetto del bidet esce a fatica l'acqua 5. Le poltrone e il divano nel soggiorno hanno evidenti macchie. Osservazioni finalizzate a mantenere complessivamente un giudizio MOLTO POSITIVO. è un peccato che ci siano le carenze segnalate per una struttura davvero valida per gli altri aspetti segnalati e le valutazioni assegnate. Very good location in Palermo, everything is reachable by feet. Spacious and Comfortable. Communication only via Whatsapp during office hours. I would recommend it for a city trip.

mitten in Altstadt Palermo, perfekter Ort

Supermodernes Loft in altem Haus. Oben Doppelbett, unten Schlafcouch. Hier ist man mittendrin in Palermo, nur wenige Schritte vom Teatro Massimo entfernt. Buchen und genießen, besser geht nicht. Nicht den Online-CheckInn durchführen. Der ist aufwendig und sinnlos. Kommuniziert wird per WhatsApp mit dem Verwaltungsbüro. Anonyme Mitarbeiter antworten nicht gerade fragenbezogen, etwas schwierig mit denen. Die "Garage" in einem "Parkhaus" ist extrem schwer zu finden (Navi sinnlos). Nur mit Handy, vielen Ehrenrunden und fragen gefunden... Der Abstellort liegt knapp außerhalb der Verkehrsverbotszone (ZTL), das Loft innerhlab 500m entfernt.

Bom custo benefício.

O loft é ótimo. Confortável e com várias comodidades. A equipe foi gentil. Fica perto do Teatro Massimo, a região é excelente para explorar a pé. Na Piazza Giuseppe Verdi passa um ônibus turístico gratuito. Como não tem recepção ajustei a chegada com os responsáveis (via WhatsApp). As minhas únicas observações são: 1. a região não é adequada para quem viaja de carro, pois embora tenham nos disponibilizado estacionamento gratuito, ele fica em outro local e há várias ruas que são fechadas para o tráfego, logo tem que ter muita atenção para não ser multado. 2. Infelizmente a máquina de lavar roupa não estava funcionando e eu precisava muito usá-la. No geral, certamente voltaria a me hospedar no Loft 18.
