Double room with small balcony, located on the second floor with elevator, inside Art Nouveau building in the historic center of Palermo.



The room consists of a single room in which there is a queen-size bed, coat rack, mini fridge and smart TV. The bathroom with shower stall is located outside and faces the room.



*There are other accommodations inside the building and there is a common area with sofas.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.



*Guests may experience some noise during their stay, such as from traffic, construction work, or nearby businesses.
