We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our apartment had two bedrooms with beautiful view from the private terrace. The hotel has excellent location in the old town and all attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was great with many options. Our room was kept clean and tidy all the time. Fanny the manager and all the staff were very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great and varied. The hotel was cozily nestled along a side street in the center of many walkable sites. While the humidity seemed to impact the ability to keep the bathroom completely spotless, the cleaning staff were very attentive daily. Most of all, the front desk staff took the time to help identify sites to see, restaurants to eat at, and places to avoid. In addition, they also went above and beyond by making sure we had good travel and stay accommodations after our departure and even put us in touch with local tour guides for our next stop in Agrigento. Recommended for any future travelers who may need English speaking accommodation!

This bed and breakfast is lovely once you walk in the front door. The staff could not have been nicer, the property and room was immaculate and breakfast was wonderful whether you enjoyed it in the dining room or outside on the terrace which was like an oasis. The area immediately outside the property is rundown and a bit dirty but that seems to be the case in alot of areas of Palermo. Once you get out and walk around you realize that the property is very centrally located and close to the heart of this city which has many faces . Overall it was wonderful and i would recommend it highly. Note if you are driving, paid parking is a few blocks away. Do not plan on street parking because of the markets.

We really enjoyed Sant'Agostino B&B! The accomodations were great and the garden is fabulous. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from and we appreciated the coffees that could be had any time of day. Fanny was just wonderful and helpful! A Gem in the heart of Palermo

This hotel is a gem. We rented a 2 bedroom suite. The apartment exceeded our expectations. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. If you are looking for an authentic Palermo experience this hotel will not disappoint. There is also a mini mart across the street open until midnight.

Il B&B Sant’Agostino è semplicemente un gioiello! Un luogo dove ogni dettaglio è curato con amore e attenzione, in un’atmosfera accogliente e raffinata che ti fa sentire immediatamente a casa. Le camere sono pulitissime, eleganti e silenziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione è deliziosa, abbondante e preparata con prodotti freschi e genuini. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Gianluca, un padrone di casa straordinario: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a dare ottimi consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e come vivere al meglio l’esperienza in zona. A last minute trip to Palermo. Wow, in the old town, close to everything. Clean, beautiful and stylish. But more, the staff were interested and guided is through what to do and where to go. A great in house map with help on tourist locations and places to eat. Just clock on the QR code. Breakfast great on the large patio and garden

Property has its strengths and weaknesses. The location is fantastic, but the rooms are quite simple and lack some amenties like rugs, slippers, and mirrors in the lower chambers. AC doesn't work properly, making ut hard to cool down. The stairs feel a but rickety and aren't entirely safe when wanting to go to the bathroom if you sleep in lower chambers. The supplies in bathroom can be upgraded as you are paying a good amount for first class service. The pillows were soft and hard to sleep in but the bed was firm and perfect for a good nights sleep. On plus side the staff particularly Andreas, were really helpful and calm, even when dealing with issues like the room not matching what we booked. The coffee lady is also super kind and does a great job . Ultimelty, its up to you to decide if price is worth what you're getting. I prefer everything posh when paying $300 euros per night.
