The staff service was excellent, they helped us with travel in the area and some special accommodations. The room was spacious especially the bathrooms. Great location too, not far from downtown or the airport. The restaurant next door was fantastic, great pizza.

an oasis of tranquility in a busy bustling city

the first night we made res. for a jr. suite only to find out the next morning we were supposedly upgraded to a luxury suite.We had made res. for another 2 night only to find out we couldn't stay in the same room. So they moved us to another room after hagglng about the disclosures on their advertisement. which they admitted was their error and then they re wrote their advert to more honestly represent the rooms. The on site restaurant was very nice.

It could be a very nice place but the grounds and old villa are ruins. And a tiny plastic cap of coffee from a machine for breakfast wasn't good enough.

Helt ok

Boendet var trevligt med ett stort och fint rum samt väldigt skön säng. Rummen har en rätt rustik känsla som vi uppskattade. Granne till hotellet finns en fantastisk pizzeria som definitivt är värd ett besök. Däremot fanns inte så mycket annat i närheten och man behövde åka en bra bit för att kunna uppleva något. Servicen på hotellet var rätt dålig, när vi bad om tips och råd i receptionen fick vi ett ointresserat bemötande och i princip ingen hjälp. Vi sökte rätt på den information vi behövde själva istället. Det är inte värt att ta frukost på hotellet, det fanns typ rostbröd och yoghurt.

Todo excelente excepto por el cobro de City tax de 5 euros por día por persona que no lo esperábamos y en la página no lo advierten . La recepción cierra por la noche así que si llegas después de las 9 pm hay un cobro extra de 20 euros , tampoco se advierte en la página . Pero de todo lo demás es excelente . La habitación es hermosa y muy amplia igual que el baño y la tranquilidad reina en el lugar
