On the ground floor of the owners' house, single-storey gîte with a large living room and two bedrooms (1 160x200 bed and 2 80x200 beds which can be converted into 160x200), a shower room with WC and a separate WC. Furnished balcony-terrace. 15 m² above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners (heated with solar panels to around 25 degrees), outdoor space and garden. Sheets and towels included, cleaning optional. Air conditioning and WIFI. In its old Savoyard country house, located on the heights of Albertville, Le Refuge, a charming cottage with modern decor, welcomes you to a peaceful setting. Offering magnificent views of the surrounding valley, this comfortable cottage located at the end of the road guarantees peace and quiet, just 3 km from the center of Albertville.
