•$200 flat pet fee (up to 2 dogs)
•Pets must be crated if left unattended
•No pets allowed on furniture or beds – Excess hair may result in added cleaning fees
•Pick up after your dog – $50 charge if waste is found in the yard
•No breed restrictions
•No cats allowed

🌿 Early Arrival & Late Checkout Policy
We understand that sometimes travel plans don’t line up perfectly with check-in and check-out times. While we can’t always accommodate early arrivals or late departures (especially on days when the home is turning over for the next guest), we’ll always do our best to help when possible.

Here’s our policy:
Up to 2 hours early arrival or late departure → Complimentary, if the home isn’t a same-day flip and our team can accommodate.
2–3 hours early arrival or late departure → $100
3–5 hours early arrival or late departure → $200
Anything earlier than 5 hours → Requires booking an additional night’s stay.
These guidelines are in place to protect the quality of your experience. Early arrivals and late checkouts can put extra pressure on our cleaning team, which may impact the high standards we maintain for every guest. By following this policy, you help ensure your stay (and the next guest’s) is as comfortable and spotless as possible.

Rental Agreement and government-issued ID verification are required after booking. Violation of house rules may result in fees and immediate removal without refund. NO parties, NO events, NO unauthorized guests or visitors.

The following non-refundable charges may apply if house rules are broken: $500 – Unauthorized pet, $200 – Pet fee (covers up to 2 approved dogs), $500 – Smoking inside the property (odor remediation), 1 night’s stay – Late checkout after 10:00 AM EST, $150 per person, per day – Over-occupancy or unapproved guests, $500 minimum – Plumbing damage from improper toilet use (e.g., flushing items other than toilet paper), $100/hour – Staff time for issues such as odor removal (smoke, damage, etc.), excessive cleaning (including illness-related), moved or missing items, equipment tampering (A/C, pool alarm, detectors, etc.), technical support (TVs, Wi-Fi, etc.), and fines or penalties from noise, trash, or code violations.
