DO NOT STAY HERE. The woman who met us when we checked in was kind and helpful which was about the only plus outside of free parking. Negatives of the trips were cockroaches, broken tv, broken oven, and no heat. More details follow: The condo-like unit was outdated but initially seemed OK. However, we quickly realized that the TV did not work and that the glass front on the oven had been busted out so the oven was not usable. My daughter and I got takeout which we were going to share. I went to grab plates from the cupboard and three coach roaches scattered from under the plates (gross). I then saw one run across the floor. We requested a unit change which was accommodated. The new unit was similarly outdated with a smaller bed. We were willing to share a full bed instead of a king to escape the cockroaches. The TV in this unit worked as did the oven. Regrettably, the heat did not. We were told they would fix the heat the next day while we were out so we just slept in our sweatshirts. Wen we got back to the unit the next day, the heat had not been fixed so we called again and were given a small space heater. That worked for ~30 minutes when it blew a breaker. It was 10pm and the person who managed the property was off. So we tried switching plugs to a different wall which blew a different breaker. So, we slept in our sweatshirts again. The gentleman we had messaged about our nightmare said he would call the next day after 11 re: compensation. He never called. :(

The room was very nice and spacious with cooking facilities. Our room backed onto a pool which was nice; the pool was heated but our days there was quite cool (mid January) so we didn’t use it, but otherwise would have. Lots of amenities right close by. Quiet and very safe neighborhood. Surprised to get amenities and daily cleaning which we didn’t expect. Loved the roomy shower, and areas to sit on sofa or eat at a large counter.

Room very clean. I agree with another reviewer about size of TV. Bed about 20ft away and TV quite small. Mattress was a bit soft. Loved the kitchen do easy to eat or prepare meals. Pool was lovely and heated!! Location was a dream, close to shops, stores, malls, easy to drive places. Big ask would be to feel safer. Wish door had an extra lock to use when in for the night like they have in actual hotels.

The room was freezing and the heater didn’t work. There was no hairdryer. There was no toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There was two very small thin towels for two people. Overall, the experience was severe enough that we left at 8 PM. Oh, and the bed was full of full size not a queen not a king yep, full.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and always answered phone calls. Loved the refurbished suite. The suite was roomy with a pretty well equipped kitchen. Just needed to ask for the dishwasher pods and dishcloth and they were brought right away. Location was great for going hiking or for going to downtown Springs.

Great service ,clean rooms . Had to ask a few times for extra towels. Only thing that was annoying was the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. We would stay again. We had a great room right off the pool.

I rented atb Palm Desert Suites. I rented a suite with a king bed, refrigerator, utensils, and a heater. It's a full size bed, no refrigerator, it had plastic spoons and knives, no forks. The heater is a small plug in type that doesn't seem safe. The key me into my room but haven't given me the code for the door. I don't know who else has the code. It's a residential style code lock. A 100 people could have the code already

Don’t stay here the shower doesn’t work properly!

The place looks as if it has been newly updated and has nice furnishings but if you are going to do all that work the shower should work properly. There was no water pressure at all! I couldn’t even get the shampoo out of my hair. We let the place know about it and they did nothing about it! We should have been refunded our money and r been offered to move to another room!! They shouldn’t rent a place that isn’t ready!

Overall the property was clean and well kept but we booked a king suite and when we arrived received a twin double. When asked to switch said they couldn’t? We booked because of this and the hottub and gym facilities (as advertised) no hottub and no gym on site. Room had no shampoo just hand soap. One hand towel and no facecloths. When inquiring about the above the communication stopped. We didn’t even stay the last night, very disappointed. A lady did bring some pots/pans and was very pleasant but we were misled thinking we would have a king bed and other advertised facilities. This should not be allowed.
