INTRIOR

To the east, the cozy fireplace adds a touch of warmth and charm, accompanied by additional seating for those cooler nights when you want to curl up with a good book. Natural light pours in through large windows, illuminating the space and offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware, utensils, and appliances to meet all your meal prep needs. It features a generous layout that overlooks the pool area and backyard, inviting you to enjoy the scenery while cooking or entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room boasts a stylish table that comfortably seats up to six adults, perfect for family meals or dinner parties. Whether you're hosting friends or enjoying a quiet evening, this home is designed to provide both comfort and functionality, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The East Main Suite has a large king-sized bed with high-quality linens for restful sleep. It includes ample closet space, a 50-inch smart TV for entertainment, and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom offers a spacious shower and single vanity.. Large sliding glass doors lead directly to the pool area, blending indoor and outdoor living for a peaceful experience. The West Main Suite is equally impressive, featuring a king bed and ample closet space. It provides beautiful views of the pool, adding to the room's relaxing atmosphere. Its ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, a walk-in shower with modern fixtures, and dual vanities. Additionally, there are two guest rooms on the north and west sides of the home. Each room features a cozy queen bed, ceiling fan for added comfort, and ample closet space. These rooms share a well-appointed hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities, making it easy for everyone to use. This layout offers both privacy and togetherness, making it perfect for relaxation and gatherings.

OUTDOORS
Step outside to the south-facing covered patio and start enjoying your getaway. The patio features ample natural light, ceiling fans, and a dining table that seats eight, along with an outdoor TV and comfortable seating to watch your favorite sporting events. On warmer days, take a refreshing swim in the large pool, which includes six chaise lounges for all your guests. On cooler nights, relax with a glass of wine in the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. The spacious grassy backyard is also ideal for guests with pets.
An exterior entry security camera is present. It is not monitored and is only utilized when the home is vacant.
POOL HEAT
The sparkling pool and soothing spa take center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.
PET POLICY
We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.
