This unit features newer kitchen appliances and all that you need to have a great vacation! The kitchen features a two person breakfast bar, dining table for six. The living room provides ample seating and the comfortable sofa is perfect for catching a game or movie with your loved ones on a 50in. Smart TV. The kitchen and dining room conveniently connect to the outdoor patio area. Full size washer and dryer are provided along with a one car garage.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, a 42in. TV w/ Cable Service and a large main bath with walk in closet. The guest room offers a queen bed, large closet, and is located on the opposite side of the main bedroom, perfect for privacy.

Sun City Palm Desert offers a variety of community amenities, including golf, two premium fitness facilities with a large selection of free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, TRX style suspension equipment, stretching areas, swimming pools, changing lockers and showers, and more.
