You have lots of space with 1550 sq ft of living area, outdoor patios with comfortable chairs and a table for eating outside. And you are located adjacent to the 16th hole of the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, which is open to the public, and you are a short walk to the club house. Mountain Shadows has 6 pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and pickle ball. It also has beautiful grounds to explore.

The townhouse has a living room, dinning room, kitchen, bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor. There are patios in both the front and back with comfortable chairs and a table and chairs for eating outside. There is a covered parking spot right outside the unit and plenty of guest parking in uncovered spaces.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and its own bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed. The third bedroom is upstairs and has two twin beds. And the fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed and a desk for working. There second bathroom upstairs has a combined bathtub and shower.

The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need (except the food) for cooking great meals. We do provide basics such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters, etc. There is a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. And there is a charcoal grill on the patio.

The Mountain Shadows complex has beautiful grounds and is located right on the 14th, 15th, and 16th holes of the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort. The place has 6 pools with one of the pools literally outside the front door of our unit. There is also a hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball court, and a small library with books you can borrow.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The host was great and communicated details well. The house was a great location to explore Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. We enjoyed the community and being able to use the pool and pickleball courts. The only downside was that the shower temperature was nearly impossible to control in the hallway bathroom (swings in temperature even if you didn't touch anything), so we were effectively left with one shower for our family.

Good communication while booking and throughout stay. The townhome was clean and well furnished. Bathrooms looked recently remodeled and were very nice. There was plenty of seating for the 6 of us both in the living and dining rooms. Kitchen counterspace is a bit tight, especially for cooking a large meal, but workable. The property was very dog friendly with fully fenced patios both at the front and back. The amenities at Shadow Mountain are very nice. Pools were heated and we enjoyed the hot tub. Nice walking paths with doggy poop stations available. The unit is directly under the flight path of planes landing at the Palms Springs Airport, but we enjoyed watching them fly over and the noise did not bother us at night with the windows closed. Very nice property. Would book again in the future.

This condo had everything we could think of for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary gadgets and equipment. We loved that the pools and pickle ball courts were so convenient. We have stayed at the Mountain Shadows a few times over the many years of visiting Palm Springs. This was our first time in this unit. Loved it. Four complete bedrooms was super convenient for our family. Great parking. Gated community. 2.5 bathrooms. Pool outside front door. Shade at the back patio. Sun at the front patio. Close to airport and everything you need. All thumbs up. We would stay again.

Great Location and Pool

Fantastic location, close to airport, hiking trails, ski tram, downtown, groceries, shopping, Joshua tree. Close to main pool with hot tub, pool out the front door, kitchen stocked with all cooking tools you could possibly need and even some spices.

Wonderful stay

The property is bright and homely. We enjoyed spending time in the large kitchen and dining area, as well as evenings in the living room. The downstairs bedroom was very convenient for young child and proximity to the pool is hard to beat. The location was also very convenient for our outings both towards Palm Springs downtown and hiking trips in the opposite direction. Logistics around the stay were super clear and very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Has everything we needed

Our party of 6 including 4 adults and 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is sunny is spacious, nice pools in the complex with a hot tub by the main pool. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked many of our meals. We’ll definitely be back. The only feed back would be that the master bedroom has bed that is too soft for me. My in-laws who are older with joint issues enjoyed the main floor bedroom. Check in was easy enough. There are 3 form that need to be filled and signed.

Great location w/pool and hot tub

An overall great spot very close to the airport (planes fly over until about 10PM). The grounds and pool/hot tub were awesome. The unit is very accommodating with lots of room for 4 adults. The beds were really comfy and parking was convenient. The unit was a tad dated, but it suited our needs just fine.Highly recommend.

Perfect Under the Palms

Craig's place was perfect for our family gathering in the desert. Young and old alike had a wonderful time. The location has beautiful mountain vistas and sunsets that you can enjoy from the patio. There is a heated pool just steps out the front door and the grounds are lovely with plentiful bougainvillea, palms and citrus trees. It was nice to be able to pick fresh lemons and oranges from nearby trees. The condo's location is very convenient to the airport and shopping. It was so nice at the property, we didn't venture out much but it was only five minutes to get to major grocery stores. The condo was very clean, well equipped and spacious for our group in terms of gathering space or finding privacy. Craig was always prompt in his response time and was extremely helpful in accommodating some changes to our reservation when some our flights were changed. I fully recommend this property.

Cute, clean condo

Craig’s condo was the perfect place for our group! We had 8 adults and we fit perfectly! There’s so much room for everyone to fit comfortably. Located in such a convenient area, coffee runs in the morning were seamless and effortless! Costco is about 15-20 minutes away so we were able to stock up for the weekend when we go into Palm Springs. Craig was super communicative leading up to our stay and helped with any questions that we had! His place was nice and clean upon arrival! We did not have an issues, but knew that we could communicate with Chris the property manager at any time if we needed anything. Thanks Craig for letting us stay at your property! You truly helped make 2 of our girls’ 28th birthdays special!!

Great 2 week stay

We had a great 2 weeks in Palm Springs - having a full house was WAY better than a hotel room! We had guests drop by, and having extra bedrooms and bathrooms was very handy. Our host was very attentive and made it all easy.
