I make it a priority to give my guests a memorable stay. Minimum stay: 7 nights. Maximum overnight guests: 4.

The condo is located in a serene gated community and is on the upper floor of two stories.

There is ample parking, including a covered carport.

The unit itself is comfortable, light and airy, with large rooms. Square feet: 1,175.

New flooring; new firm but plush mattress in master bedroom; new comfortable leather recliner and sofa! New bed in second bedroom. New beautiful, comfortable dining set which seats 6.

WiFi, Cable TV in living room and master bedroom, VCR, and DVD players. 50" flatscreen TV in living room; 32" flatscreen in master bedroom.

A large balcony with a spectacular mountain view overlooks the pool. We provide an electric barbeque(no charcoal to clean up).

The second bedroom has separate balcony overlooking tennis and pickle ball courts, also with beautiful mountain view.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including, microwave and toaster ovens, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and more.

The master bedroom with king bed features large dressing area, full bath, and seated vanity. Hair dryer also provided.

The second bedroom has a new queen bed and its own nearby full bath.

Tennis and Pickle Ball courts are steps away from the front door. We provide rackets and paddles! We also provide two 21-speed mountain bikes.

Close to downtown Palm Springs, with abundant choices for restaurant dining, entertainment, recreation, and shopping.

Apartment had been double-booked. We received a full refund, plus the property manager, with the authorization of the owner, found us alternative accommodation, which despite a number of issues (all resolved quickly with the assistance of the aforementioned property manager and the alternative accommodation homeowner) proved to be acceptable. We appreciated that what could have been a nightmare turned out to be a series of minor annoyances.

We had such a great stay at Kate’s place!! Devin, the property manager. was so helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect. Near the airport but also easy to navigate to other places in town. Plenty of items in the kitchen, rec supplies, and fluffy towels, blankets, etc. We would 100% stay here again!

Very nice condo (other than broken mirror on closet door and broken switch plate ). Best part was the accessability with the property manager who let us check in early and was available for any questions. Would def stay there again if available next year. Pickleball courts right outside the door!

Great location

Check in and communication was excellent. The unit is comfortable although a little bit dated. We found the bed in the second bedroom not very comfortable… could use a new mattress and new pillows. The location was perfect for us… close to downtown. The pool was right in our backyard and the neighbours were friendly.

Wonderful condo!!

Beautiful property in a great location (2.5 miles from DT). Immaculate with every possible amenity. Devin (property manager) is the best! Right on time, efficient and very helpful. Lovely pool and hot tub just out our porch door. Highly recommend!!!

Great accommodations in Palm Springs

My mother and I had a great week at Kate's property in Palm Springs. It is well located; close to downtown and other tourist sites. There is ample parking throughout the complex. The condo has everything you need and is quite cozy and inviting. The pool and jacuzzi practically in your 'backyard' is wonderful. The property and grounds were quiet and everyone was friendly and respectful. The property manager was very welcoming upon check-in and ready to help, if needed. I'd recommend Kate's property and we would certainly stay here again.

Palm Springs birthday getaway

The property manager met us at the condo and he was great. He walked us through the condo and gave a lot of good instruction and tips for site seeing and eating out if we chose to do so. The condo was very clean but a little "tired". The owner let us know afterwards that she will be doing some painting and updates later this year. Only bad experience was that the pool was being serviced and resurfaced, which it seems no one was told would be happening, owners or residents. They began loud grinding between 7 and 7:45 AM all week. Not conducive for sleeping in each morning. There was another pool very close so it was not much of an issue. We spent the better part f our days poolside. Shopping, groceries, and entertainment was very close, but we rented a car, not really very walkable.

Kate's property is great. Convenient location, pretty setting, a super manager who is very accomodating and quick to respond to anything, everything that you might need in the unit. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place

Our first time in Palm Springs and we loved it although our stay wasn’t nearly long enough. Location was great and very comfortable accommodations. Having access to bikes and bbq was a bonus. Well stocked condo with all the necessary supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in Palm Springs

Our family enjoyed our week in Kate's condo very much (which was unfortunately for us was only 5 days due to covid travel disruptions!). The unit is a little dated but is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were very comfy. The unit was across from the complex' tennis courts on one side and backed on to a pool/spa area on the other. The complex, including the pool area, was very quiet and peaceful. We found the location within Palm Springs to be quite central and it was easy to get around the region quickly from there. There were a couple of very minor housekeeping issues, which I'm sure would have been caught prior to our arrival had the property manager not been ill and unable to meet us upon checkin. Communication with Kate and also with the property manager was great. We'd stay again!

Fabulous condo in Palm Springs

We absolutely loved our week in this condo. From the location to the absolute solitude of the complex. The owner has done a fantastic job in making this condo feel like home. The hot tub was just the right prescription for sore muscles at the end of the day. We would not hesitate returning to this condo again

Mesquite Ave. Palm Springs VRBO

Kate’s condo VRBO is 5 stars. It is clean, spacious and fully equipped for either small breakfasts or family dinners. The location is quiet, with a lovely view of the mountains and the Palm trees in the foreground from the balcony, plus a lovely pool and hot tub. Recommended without any reservations.

The condo was pleasant and thoughtfully furnished on well kept grounds. The shower faucets and the patio doors required a bit of strength and ingenuity to operate, and could use updating. Everything else was top notch.

Great location

Kate’s condo was spacious, offered two balconies, and was a great location many things around Palm Springs. Devin was a gracious property manager too. Due to the heat we didn’t partake in some amenities (bikes, swimming during the daytime) but appreciated the pool during the evenings and proximity to local restaurants, site-seeing activities, and grocery stores. It truly felt like home being able to cook & relax when not out seeing the town. Well worth the stay!
