You've found the coziest place out West! Located on the first floor of the soon to be Prescott Preserve, this adorable two-bedroom unit sits at 1175 sq. ft. Warm neutrals are throughout creating such a peaceful and calming snuggle for you while you spend your day resting and relaxing in the Desert.
A cool feature not found in other units in this community is a built-in dry bar area. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable each with their own patio to enjoy the morning air with your cup of coffee or tea and to enjoy at night stargazing with a delicious glass of wine.
The community offers you three sparkling pools to enjoy along with two tennis courts for those avid players! Pickleball you ask, yep it's there!! Whether spending a week or a month this unit is one of the coziest you'll come across making for a truly relaxing and detoxing vacation!
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.
