The area was quiet, safe with dining options close by. Downtown was an easy 15 minute walk. Quick 5 minutes away from the Tramway. The hotel is old but work has been done to update it. Its nothing fancy, but was clean with no real issues. Would stay again. Parking free and easy. Thats a major plus these days.

Nice hotel at an affordable price. Stayed for just a night. But the two pools were nice and clean. The lounge chairs and cabanas were a nice touch. Room was simple but clean. Staff were nice.

The empty pools are the highlight of the hotel. Property just needs some love and care. Overall the place looks used and worn down. Fresh paint and new pool furniture would go a long way

The pool amenities were better than expected. One pool was heated and for our taste was too hot! It was not crowed so it was great. Nice little stay for 1 or 2 nights! My family enjoy the pool and had a great time.
