This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the garage door facing the front entrance and gate, 1 camera is on the side of the house and faces the pool equipment, and 3 cameras are on the back wall of the property facing the back garage door and the pool equipment. No cameras are facing the pool. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- NOTE: Please be aware there is weekly property maintenance: Pool cleaning Wednesday & Saturday (8:30-11:00 AM), Gardener; Monday (9:00-9:30 AM), Pest Control; second Wednesday of each month (9:00-10:00 AM)

Lisa was great with communication. The home is absolutely beautiful and the best stocked vacation rental I have ever had. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. And there is plenty of seating in the beautiful outdoor spaces. We would definitely rent this home again if we are back in the area!

Our overall impression - the home is exactly as described in a very quiet and convenient neighborhood. The house was super clean and offered many amenities such as indoor and outdoor games, pool and hot tub, and impressive outdoor kitchen. Lisa was a great host that helped us get acquainted to the house upon check-in. Unfortunately the weather was terrible while we were here but we still had a great time! I would love to stay here again next time we visit Palm Springs!!!

Best place in Palm Springs

We travel to Plam Springs for a work conference every year and always stay at a different rental because there was always something that didn't match up to the listing or just something we didn't like. Well, after our stay here, we won't be changing rentals anymore. It was great and I will be rebooking for next year asap. Definitely stay here:)

A Great Property

This home had everything needed for a perfect extended weekend, and then some. Loved pool area and the grassy area to play corn hole. Whatever the weather there was a space to enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor kitchen area was a great bonus. We will be back

Palm Springs Perfection

The house and property worked so well as a base for our first visit to PS. The hot tub, the great kitchen (indoors and out), and the great TV all helped us go off the grid and enjoy a break from work. And, hiking trails galore made this a no brainer for our stay. As a bonus, Happy Hour at the close by Tropicale with an old friend was the icing on the cake.

All the amenities you could wish for! We had an Uber relaxing stay and would definitely return again. The views of the mountains was especially perfect to gaze at will soaking in the hot tub.

We stayed at the house this past weekend and it was fabulous! Me and my husband go to Palm Springs every year and this was the best place we have stayed at. Close to everything, house was well stocked with towels and other items. We plan to stay here again next year!

Beautiful property! House is equipped with everything you could ask for. Lovely decor. Every detail perfect. Pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and entertainment area wonderful. Host was the best…excellent instructions about everything and very responsive. All the above get an A+++. The only reason I’m giving a 4.999 is because location is in the windy side of Palm Springs and guests should be aware that windy can be very windy!
