It was a nice, large one bedroom, with a nicely stocked kitchen. There was a nice view from the bedroom and patio. The hot tub was nice and near the unit. A bummer that the pool wasn't heated. It was too far to walk to the other pool that was heated so didn't get to seim like I'd hoped. It’s a very quiet complex...almost too quiet but depends on what you are looking for.

We absolutely loved this very cozy and warm condo! From meeting Grady to everything we needed being inside the condo, we had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect and the proximity to the pool and hot tub is awesome. We definitely will be back.

The kitchen could use some more pots but otherwise it was well stocked. Unfortunately I was sick the whole time I was there so I did not use the pool but it looked nice. Grady was great. It is so reassuring to meet the owner and get all the information about the place. Sometimes you can feel completely on your own but not here. As I sit in dreary, rainy Vancouver, I think about going back to Palm Springs and would definitely stay there again. My husband loved the tennis courts!

Palm Springs - 1 week 2025

This property is a GEM!! It is clean, well maintained and decorated very modern. The kitchen is well stocked, sufficient working space, and new modern appliances (gas stove was a bonus!) Any utensil, bowl or bakeware you need is there! The king size bed is so comfortable and there is a great supply of linens. The Unit is just steps away from the pool and hot tub. The back porch allows for stunning mountain views which we took advantage of every night! The property managers made the check-in procedure so easy and convenient. We are in LOVE with this place and definitely returning to this exact location.

Fun in the sun

My husband & I were able to get in some golf which were nearby in Palm Springs. We were also able to support our teenage granddaughter who was golfing in an invitational golf tournament just a mile from our VRBO. The accommodations were lovely with so many amenities & the host was very welcoming. Thanks for everything!

Perfect Mother Daughter Getaway

I would definitely recommend a stay here! The location is great, tucked up against the mountains in a very quiet development with all the amenities. Grady welcomed us and showed us around. I loved how other folks left kitchen necessities for our use (salt, sugar, tea, spices, even food storage containers and ziploc bags). An added bonus is that you can walk to Koffi for a morning latte. The condo is comfortable and clean with everything you need to enjoy a getaway in the sun. We will be back!

Lacks for nothing

Grady is a marvelous, personable host. This cozy 1 bedroom lacks nothing. Need a spot of tea - open a cabinet door, mayo for your BLT - check the fridge. Even a bit of coffee in case you forgot to buy your own. Bed topping is comfy. Spa and pool are right out the back door. One little 'scare.' Not able to turn the coffee maker on the first morning!!! Eek. There is a mystery switch that turns on outlets over sink counter side that I could not find. Easily remedied by moving coffee maker to other counter. You should come.

Fantastic 1 br apt in clean condo development with pool

The apartment does not disappoint and is well appointed with kitchen, small dining, lovely bathroom and vanity plus comfortable king size bed. Well situated next to pool and jacuzzi with a private patio just off the shared areas. Dedicated parking spot in covered parking area. If you are looking for a place off the main and heavily trafficked streets of downtown, this is an exceptional choice. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your own meals, and the linen cabinets are filled with enough towels and supplies to keep you comfortable during your stay. Really enjoyed my 6 night stay, got to spend time in the jacuzzi talking with local residents and their friendly advice on what to see and do while in Palm Springs. Great tip: Barry Manilow's hill top estate is visible from the pool, and on a quiet evening when he is in town, the residents share that he can be heard playing some times. A great time, thanks so much! Highly recommend and will be back.

The condo was in a great location and had an amazing view. It was a long walk to downtown or to restaurants and groceries so I’d suggest a car but it was worth the walk. There is Quick access to hiking some great trails. The residents at the complex were friendly A bonus was that the patio area opened to the pool area.

Quiet & clean condo

I stayed for 10 days on a golf trip and really enjoyed the property. All the comforts of home including full kitchen, great TV, comfortable bed and living room. Located near grocers, restaurants and many great golf courses in the Palm Springs area. Would have no hesitation about staying here again.
