Small leak by shower. Room was clean. Wife 84 yrs old, walks wih cane, husband 91yrs old. Room on 3rd floor way at end of building. Asked for room on 1st floor and was accomated. King for 2 queens.

Nice room and friendly staff. I wish the shower/tub had grab bars. I was not a fan of the key-coded door locks. If you’re going to do away with room key cards, use an app.

Parking was easy. The location is fantastic. Outside of that, it’s an old motel that was updated. Beds comfy and shower was nice, but everything else feels pretty old. Our room had a view of an old cement wall. The pool is decent, and there is a mini gym and a little room to microwave food. The service varies a lot, the night staff was absolutely wonderful and the morning staff was very rude. The morning woman gave us a 30 minute extra late check out while we were packing our car, and we got locked out. I called and she was very rude and didn’t apologize or communicate well. So customer service varies a lot.

By biggest complaint is the room is dark, underlit. Needs brighter lighting fixtures. Also the in-room fridge was unplugged and leaking water when we got there. Had to plug it in and use a towel to dry the water in the fridge and on the floor around the fridge. Otherwise everything was ok. It's an old building but the bathroom looked refurbished and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and Jacuzzi area were nice. The location was perfect, very close to downtown and the bars.

We went for a long weekend to hike Mount San Jacinto and ride the tram and brought our dog. We had a great stay. Hotel was clean, safe, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The only bad thing was their coffee in the room, probably the worst coffee we ever had…lol. Also, I wish they would offer a late check out as most hotels do. They gave us a half hour only when I asked for one and they wanted to charge $25 beyond that, so that was something new we weren’t used to but wasn’t the end of the world.

loved the hotel—the room was by far my favourite. very cute, modern vibes and the bed/pillows were comfy. the staff were sweet and friendly. the area is in downtown palm springs—close to bars, shops, restaurants. there’s a ton of gay bars in the area, which was a nice bonus.
