The hotel staff was very friendly and well informed of the area. The rooms were very clean as well as the outdoor area including pool. You can’t beat the location!! Walkable to downtown and near museums,restaurants etc..

Overall an excellent experience. Outgoing very friendly desk staff and housekeeping especially for giving up their parking for us since the free parking lot was full during Pride Festival weekend. It had reasonable room charges during weekend festival.

All went well. We were surprised of the location to the Thursday Street Festival and the cleanliness of the Hotel and surrounding area. The room was great, the shower had good amount of hot water and pressure. The bed was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The staff were all very warm and inviting. We are very delighted with our stay.

The room was satisfactory and clean. Beds were comfy, but the bedding was tucked in so tightly it made it hard to move around once under the covers. Would stay here again if need be.
