Wonderful house for 6 people in es Portitxol, with a beautiful private terrace and the beach only 280 metres away.
This fantastic house boasts such a wonderful, joyful and well cared terrace that it becomes the perfect place to enjoy unforgettable moments. The covered space is ideal to enjoy a delicious breakfast or to cook succulent recipes on the BBQ. Next, you find an artificial lawn area that invites to bask in the sun on the 2 sun loungers or to read a book beneath the awning.

Inside, you can enjoy your meals all together and relax whilst watching the TV-sat in the airy living - dining room. You can also use the pellet stove when it's cold outside. Next, you enter the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and everything you need to cook. And from here, you can access the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. This ground floor is completed with a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. On the first floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. They have no closet within but there is a spacious independent walk-in closet on this floor. and you'll also find a bathroom with a bath for the whole accommodation. A baby cot and a high-chair are available as well as 2 fans and 1 electric radiator.

Es Portitxol is a peaceful coastal area but lively at the same time. It's a charming and friendly place located near Palma de Mallorca, the capital, so full of life at the same time. It offers a quiet beach which is less than 300 metres away, a beautiful marina for a nice stroll, lots of bars and restaurants and the basic services needed.

The place is ideally located near the Palma de Congress and the beach, within walking distance to the old town and is remarkably well appointed for a vacation stay. There is a supermarket across the road which is awesome. The checkin process was not particularly clear, and I personally object to paying extra for heating/aircon.

Excellent Town House Holiday Accommodation

Super accommodation in a great location, very clean and well equipped. Great for visiting Palma city. Portixol is very uncommercialised, with great places to eat. A welcome pack would be a useful addition for weary holiday makers upon arrival. Overall one of our better holidays and we plan to return.

Great place - would stay again!

This property worked very well for our family of 3 generations (my husband and I, our son and his 2 adult sons). It is in a great location - we walked into Palma regularly and there are restaurants and a grocery store very close if you don't want to walk that far. There is also a regular bus into the centre of Palma. It is also a block from the sea and a wonderful walk along toe seaside. All in all we were very happy!
