Situated in Palma de Mallorca, 400 metres from Cala Major beach, this villa with private pool offers plenty of space for 7 people. Ideal for a city and beach holiday, it is 5.5 km away from the trendy district of Santa Catalina.



The villa is in a very nice area, between the city and the sea. Restaurants and bars are close to the house and the beach and the bus station are within walking distance. The golf course Son Vida is 4 km away and the Club Nautico de Palma is 6 km from the house. The capital of the island has many possibilities for leisure, culture and restaurants. The district of Santa Catalina is famous for its street market, where you can eat good tapas before going out for an evening stroll in the bars. In the neighbourhood of Sant Jaume and Santa Catalina there are many museums and art galleries. For nightlife, you can go to the Paseo Marítimo with discos and bars, including the famous Garito Café or Tito's. The shopping centre Porto Pi with shops and supermarkets is 3 km from the house. A car is not necessary as you will find all essential services nearby.



In the pool you can swim with beautiful views over the roofs of Cala Major, a neighbourhood on the outskirts of Palma. The salt pool has a size of 8 x 4 metres and a depth of between 1.4 and 2 metres. Around the pool, the sun terrace with several sun loungers extends. Stairs lead down to the barbecue area, ideal for preparing tasty meats and vegetables. The terrace on the first floor is ideal for large evenings, enjoying the view over the city. After the beach, you can wash off the sand in the outdoor shower.



The rooms are cosily furnished and have parquet floors. In the bright living room you have access to the terrace and is equipped with sofa, TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. If you want to cook during your holiday, there is a kitchen with ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, microwave, toaster and much more. Regarding the bedrooms, you can choose between four bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with one single bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as two toilets complete the equipment. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor leading to the bedrooms. For our little guests we provide a cot and a high chair. A washing machine and an iron with ironing board are also not missing.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.
