It was to noisy, couldn’t sleep didn’t get any rest couldn’t hear the tv, to much dust, elevator took to long, construction workers shouldn’t be using the same elevator as guests especially when they occupied one elevator already. Contractors parked in the disability parking. Rooms had lots of dust on the doors walls floor etc. breakfast finished to early 10:am week days. Should at least go until 11:am. The only thing I liked was the chef and the two ladies who served at breakfast in the bar. The breakfast was good a wide variety of fruits. Didn’t like the fact that bacon was beside the eggs and hashbrowns. They should keep meat and none meat items away from each other. Overall I was extremely disappointed with every other services except the kitchen and bar staff they were very polite, pleasant, courteous, and had excellent customer service skills. The lady at the front desk needs training or to be retrained in customer Service. She was very rude kissed her teeth and was not courteous or polite and should no patience when dealing with customers. This was my second worst hotel day in 35 years of traveling and staying in hotels. Honestly, I couldn’t believe that this was a holiday in hotel, very disappointed the name the brand of the Holiday Inn has been tarnished with the services that were being offered, and the quality of stay. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again as long as I live. The manager offered 25% just on one night not good enough.
