I didn’t like that it advertises that you have a pool but we couldn’t use it because there was no water in it. It didn’t look like it had been used in quite awhile. Parking is very cramped in the area that we had to park in. The bathroom door and the front door both would stick. Basically the whole establishment needs to be upgraded.

Disappointed.

Was initially put in a room where the cigarette smoke was so thick I couldn’t have stayed and then moved to a nonsmoking room which was only slightly better. The towels were almost see through and the floor needed a good washing. On a positive note the A/C worked well & it was quiet.

The motel is dated and needs total overhaul. The standards of cleanliness are masked by old carpets and spreads. Tv , microwave, not working, awkward room design. The good news was it had ample ac on a hot weekend.

The best aspects of this motel are that it is very convenient to Hershey Park and it is extremely inexpensive. The staff was very nice and attentive. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues that were immediately addressed when requested. The weather was very humid when I was there (80s and 90% humidity) and the air conditioning worked very well, but there was little ventilation in the room and the humidity pervaded it. The hotel appears to be in the midst of renovations and the pool was not in service. However, my goal was to just sleep and have some meals I brought with me to stave off food expenses and conform to my diet. The fridge was sizeable, and the freezer section worked well which is usually not the case. The microwave worked well. The beds were very firm but clean. This hotel fulfilled my goals of spending as much time at Hershey Park as possible and I got what I paid for, if anything a little more than I paid for in some ways. I must say though that there are excellent dining options in the area, especially Miaa Mexican Bistro right across the street which had un desayuno fantastico (fantastic breakfast!) with great service. Although grabbing a morning coffee required some travel to Sheetz down the road. I did feel very safe as it was in the middle of a suburban neighborhood. I was supposed to have my daughter travel with me and have her own room (she's 21) and would have felt safe with her in her own room.

The room was dirty, including dirt footprints on the bathroom floor and stains outside the tub. Stains by the sink, broken cabinet, sticky tv remote, and a previous guest's underwear on the shelf above the clothes rail.

Broken floor, right inside door, leaking plumbing under bathroom sink, got my stuff soaked. Only got clean towels 2x in a week. Cable tv was really bad, direct tv kept cutting out, and WiFi was the same way. I’ll never stay there again! Please, Expedia, take hotel off the list!

It was disgusting. I asked for double bed, no smoking. First room given was a king size bed, 2nd room given was a smoking room. Third room was dirty. The manager screamed at me each time. Expedia didn’t refund my money. Had to go to corporate of hotel which said they would send me email with refund which I never received. Did not stay there.
