The pillows are not firm enough and was hard on my neck. Suggest firmer pillows. Also, there was something outside or downstairs which kept knocking every few minutes…maybe a vent or heater. But was noisy.

There was massive mold in my room, in my mother's room the heater didn't work and she slept in her coat, the breakfast was cheap bread and the staff was horrid. NEVER stay here. This hotel was the quality of a $50 hotel at the price of $200+

The room was amazing. The pillows were noce. Our room was very soacious and had a couch, table and chair. The shower pressure was amazing and had hot water. The breakfast had a good selection. The staff was so kind and amazing too
