Family Villa In Stunning Rural Countryside With Mountain Views, Lovely Pool

Beautifully refurbished holiday home sleeping 9+. It has a private pool, WiFi, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges and easily holds two families. It has been refurbished in a traditional Italian style, with chestnut beams, terracotta floors and marble bathrooms. This split level house sits at the top of a terraced plot and enjoys an amazing vista across the valley below Mount Maiella. There is a terrace around the house for eating/drinking/playing. The house is in a tiny farming community and neighbours working farmland. The village grocery shop, bar and petrol pump are a 2 minute drive/short walk down a steep hill, with large supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities just 10 minutes away. Great beaches 35 minutes, skiing 45 minutes, Pescara airport 60 minutes, Rome 2.5 hours. Walking/hiking/biking nearby, lots of hilltop villages and a warm welcome.

Review of lovely Italian countryside villa

We were very happy to have stayed at this villa. It was superbly equipped with everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent, with very helpful documentation about the area and house sent over before our stay. Limiti is a beautiful village to visit and the views from our house were stunning. The pool was very much appreciated, as it was very hot when we visited! We would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this villa again ourselves.

We were in the area for an annual reunion - back to Palombaro to celebrate the Festa in the village of our father's birth. The house is lovely - well stocked and maintained. The view is perfect and the location convenient. We enjoyed the pool and dining on the beautiful terrace.

Wunderbarer Wanderurlaub in geräumigem Ferienhaus

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe von Wanderbegeisterten und wollten den Parco Nazionale della Majella erkunden. Dafür war dieses sehr geräumige Ferienhaus ideal. Eine große und gut ausgestattete Wohnküche, zwei Wohnzimmer, eine schöne Terrasse sowie die vier Badezimmer haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir selbst zu neunt noch bequem im Haus unterkommen konnten. Der Blick von der Terrasse: spektakulär! Das Haus ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele atemberaubende Wanderungen im Nationalpark. Auch das Meer ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Lebensmittelladen, Bar, Tanksäule und Restaurants erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder!

Esperienza nella natura

La struttura è estremamente comoda immersa nella natura in una zona silenziosa e poco frequentata. Adatta a gruppi fino a 9 persone che possono soggiornare comodamente con una buona privacy. Zona esterna ampia per fare colazione e per i pasti principali. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina che sebbene di dimensioni ridotte è una ottima cosa sopratutto in periodi molto caldi come quelli durante il nostro soggiorno. Attenzione che ci sono parecchie scale sopratutto se ci sono persone anziane o con handicap. Disponibilità di parcheggio per più di una autovettura. La dislocazione è mediamente a circa 1 ora di distanza in auto da molte delle attrazioni dell'Abruzzo
