Wonderful house for rent in Pals, to spend unique summer vacations surrounded by nature, with incredible views and peace and tranquility to share quality time with friends and family.
The house is located in the Mas Tomasí area, a quiet residential zone between the town and the beaches of Pals, near supermarkets and shops so that you won't lack anything during your stay.
The best part of the house is its exterior. The plot of over 1,100 m² gives rise to a variety of spaces in which to play, relax, walk, eat... It has a spacious garden on different levels, a barbecue to prepare delicious meals and dinners, a play area for children... in addition to a terrace with views of the Empordà. It also has a small pool of approximately 3x1.5 m that will allow you to take a refreshing swim on hot summer days.
The interior of the house will surprise you. A decorative style that combines Ampurdanese rustic with modern touches will make you feel at home. A spacious and very bright living-dining room, with access to the terrace and views of the garden; fully equipped independent kitchen; three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is double and has a double bed and wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobes, and between both bedrooms we find a spacious bathroom with a shower. The third and last bedroom is suite-style: large bedroom with a double bed, dressing area and an enormous bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house has stairs that lead to the upper part of the tower, where there is a desk for those who need a space to telework or study.
