This charming Mediterranean-style house, recently renovated, is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful vacation with family or friends. Located just 200 meters from Pals beach, it offers a privileged location in a residential area surrounded by nature, but with all services at hand: restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and shops, all accessible on foot.



Distributed over three floors, the home combines the charm of traditional elements —such as exposed beams and high ceilings— with spacious, functional, and very bright spaces. On the ground floor, we find a cozy living-dining room with a corner sofa, plenty of natural light, and direct access to a large backyard. This outdoor area, surrounded by vegetation, has a table, chairs, natural shade, and a brick barbecue: the ideal place for summer dinners. The kitchen is independent and equipped with everything necessary for your stay. On this floor, there is also a courtesy bathroom.



On the first floor, three double rooms are distributed, all with closets. Two of them —one with a double bed and another with two single beds— share a terrace facing the street, wide and sunny. The third room, also with a double bed, enjoys a quiet terrace with views of the backyard. This floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub.



On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes, as well as a second full bathroom with a bathtub, spacious and bright. On this same floor there is also a large multipurpose room designed as a play and recreation area for children and families, a versatile space to relax or disconnect.



The house has a private entrance and it is easy to park right in front of the property. It is located on a quiet street, without noise, perfect for disconnecting, but with the great advantage of being just a few steps away from the beach and everything you might need during your vacation.
