They are in the process of renovating and updating the hotel to make it more modern. The room was fine but the bathroom didn’t have great lighting and the water pressure is very high so we cracked the rainfall— breakfast was fantastic!!!! Amazing service overall

A lovely quiet spot with great views of the Travertines. We arrived early and the staff we very happy to let us get into our room. Fantastic surprise to look out of the window in the morning and watch the balloons. Thank you.

Pamukkale visit

The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Room was very nice, and exceptionally clean, with a stunning view, but the bathroom was a little dated. Breakfast was delicious, and typically Turkish, all freshly made. Would definitely return, if in the area!

Cute boutique hotel with pristine views of the travertines and mountains. The view and proximity alone are worth it! *They do not take cc and there are no elevators.

Overall for a one night stay in this area the hotel is great. The staff is GREAT. We told them we had to leave early (15 mins before breakfast started) so we wouldn’t be eating and they just wouldn’t have it (in a wonderfully kind way) They offered to serve us early so we could have something. And it was the BEST breakfast we’ve had here. So glad we didn’t miss it!

Everything we touched was ready to break. Bad shower head that blasted while I was trying to shower. Everything the whole property smells bad. No staffing to help with language. Not worth the stay.

Quality of bathroom, towels, blankets, food is very mediocre. People are very nice. I would not go there again with family Very close to the south entrance of travertine pools is a huge area plus from a location standpoint

There was a sign stating no outside food and drinks. Date of arrival wanted us to book a balloon ride with a budget company for their kick back. We flew over cornfields not the sites in Pamukkale. Cow stall in the house next door - smelled of cow manure. Maintenance needed. AC was working good in the room.
