Condo did not share wall on one side. This was a nice feature. Property right on the water! Views were amazing! The pool area was perfect for our kids, they loved the lazy river and the splash pad area. Very nice that the property came with umbrella and chair rentals.

Fun condo with great view

This is our 2nd trip to Splash with the kids. We love the resort for its pool and beach access. The condo itself has a beautiful view with nice furniture and was very clean. My main complaint would be that it is very sparsely stocked with supplies that help make a trip hassle free. It was difficult to cook meals due to lack of Tupperware or zip locks to store things, no foil etc, no measuring cups, no air fryer/toaster oven. No pack and play, no high chair or booster seats, no family games. We have stayed at this resort with other units that supply these items and it is a huge help and more pleasurable experience to not have to bring or buy all these things. A few electrical and appliance issues but the host was quick to communicate and help correct the problems. Overall a nice unit for a large family.

Great PCB stay

The unit itself was great! The views were unbeatable - the condo was very clean. The resort is very family friendly - although the pools were a little dirty - my kids didn’t love swimming in them. The check in process was fine but kind of difficult to find. We had no idea we had to park across the street and take the walkway across. Once we got our bearings, things were great. However, a heads up on where to park, etc would have been better. Other than that, we would def stay here again!

Christmas Trip

We thoroughly enjoy our stay over Christmas. The condo was exactly as pictured. The patio was our favorite part. Perfect for enjoying a drink or meal as well as for sun bathing. The resort was operating at minimal capacity due to the time of year but we expected this. There was one pool, one hot tub, and the little water park/splash pad open for the first few days of our stay. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was hot! The splash pad was cold but it didn’t seem to deter the kids. By the end of our stay the lazy river and second pool were open but chilly. The little restaurant and pool bar were not open at all (not unexpected). The beach was absolutely stunning! Don’t forget your beach/pool towels! Joe was super responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this condo again.
