Two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom along with a bunk room with 4 twins can be found on the second floor. The third floor doubles as a bedroom with twin trundle beds or a hangout space with half bath, mini fridge and sink and access to large covered balcony.

Exactly as described
Overall this is a great deal for a large group or family! Excellent location walkable to 30a shops and restaurants. Also it’s about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. There are trams that will pick you up if you are bringing lots of stuff so that’s helpful as well. If you’re planning on booking umbrellas on the beach and not bringing your own stuff to the beach to setup on the very small remaining portion of the beach that is still public then it’s perfect. If planning on using the public beach then it can be a little more planning and getting there early in the morning to get a decent spot on the beach. The pool is awesome! Our family went there every day. Great stay with excellent communication!
