The property location is fantastic. The view was wonderful.There were a couple of problems, but nothing big. There is something wrong with the dryer. It would take multiple cycles to get the clothes dry. I’m just assuming that the vent going outside is completely stopped up and not letting the airflow. The light over the stove is burned out but those were just a couple of small things.

We booked this property because of the convenience of “beach chairs” included. When we arrived I went to speak with the beach attendant and he was extremely disrespectful and rude. Needless to say we never got the chairs. Check-in process was extremely confusing, parking was impossible and a huge headache. There is not a handicapped accessible way to get to the beach without going down the sidewalk and around the building. While the condo itself is nice and decorated lovely, the resort in a whole is something I would avoid!!

The condo was beautiful. The place is like a puzzle with Tower I, I and III. There’s not enough info in the parking garage to stress Level 3 is the walk-across area! There needs to be more emphasis on the elevator locations with arrows , too. We were having to stop other patrons and ask them where to go…which elevator!Yes, beach chairs were included, but what was not included in the conversation is that you need to reserve your chairs early at the wooden shack on the beach early in the morning or you don’t get a chair!

Very bright and a welcoming space! Great view of the beach/gulf. The elevators were not an issue in terms of wait times and use. The unit was clean and neat. The only thing I’d recommend is having some basic cooking items like salt/pepper and cooking oil there. I’d definitely stay there again!
