Newly renovated, and with all new décor, Beach Dreamer is a delightful one-story, 4-bedroom home between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, in Seacrest. It’s within walking distance of distinctive eateries, fine dining, and one-of-a-kind shops and boutiques.

A convenient tram will take you to and from the beach access point, along beautiful 30A. Plus, the community pool is the second biggest in all of Florida!

The first primary bedroom, king, has a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a large, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Just beyond the kitchen is the second primary bedroom, queen, with private bath. Down the hall, a kids' bedroom has a bunk, twin over full, with a pull-out trundle. A foldout bed is also available.

Enjoyed layout of property and the location. Had to wait for cable and internet repairs to be completed one morning for several hours that were requested by previous guests which could have been better communicated by property management. Otherwise happy as usual with our stay at Seacrest Beach.

Great beach getaway

Our family was very pleased with this vacation rental. The unit was spacious and clean, and we love the location close to the Seacrest Beach pool. The tram to the beach was convenient and available whenever we needed. The property management team was friendly and responsive, and even came out on short notice one evening to replace a battery in one of the smoke alarms to allow us to get a good nights rest. The check-in process was quick and simple. One small recommendation would be to consider stocking a few more trash bags and dishwasher pods because we ate in quite a bit and ran out of these items. If the unit had a few basics like salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, or some Tupperware to store leftovers those would be nice conveniences that would make our stay even better. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a fantastic community!

We were so impressed with this home and had a fantastic stay! We definitely hope to come back for our next beach vacation. The house is even more beautiful in person, and the layout is perfect for families. It feels so much bigger than we expected. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are really spacious. The location is very convenient for accessing the neighborhood parks, pool and trolley stops to the beach. It's also easy to walk to the beach if you prefer. Parking is super easy and convenient too. The only snag we ran into was the back door code was different from the front door code we were provided. But the management company responded quickly after hours and resolved the issue in minutes. We would highly recommend this property! Thank you for a great stay!

A November Respite from Northern Autumn Cold While on 30A

A spacious well appointed single story home perfect for our 88 year old mother and our sister. They both loved the quiet serenity of off season Seacrest as they explored the many nearby public offerings.

Great trip!

Shuttle wasn’t very timely so going to the beach wasn’t very easy. They don’t allow you to bring your own chair and sit near the water to see your children. You have to sit at the back. I had to call maintenance several times for the tv not working the laundry door kept falling off and the NEST AC kept reverting back to 74 constantly.

Weekend getaway

This house is so cute, clean and comfy. We had 3 couples and it was perfect. It has been recently, totally updated and decorated beautifully! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch during the rain storms. The shuttle stop is right beside the house, and we used it to get back and forth to the beach. We had a great time!
