Come relax at our treasured family beach house - a truly comfortable coastal getaway only 2 minutes’ walk to one of 3 unique community beach boardwalks and public boat/jet ski launch. We offer 1,386 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 2 Jack-n-Jill bathrooms, an open family room, dining room & full kitchen, as well as a bonus Florida room; front and back decks with an additional open upper deck with a beautiful ocean view. Our vacation amenities include Wi-Fi, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower, washer, dryer, and all the furnishings that make this cherished beach home most inviting. Inlet Beach is South Walton County's jewel situated between Rosemary Beach and Camp Helen State Park; just 5 minutes away from 30A shops, restaurants and venues to the west & 5 minutes from Panama City Beach to the east. PLEASE NOTE: Limit 1 dog 20 lbs or less.
A pet fee of $250 will be added to the total cost of your stay with us.

Had a great stay!! Inlet is perfect spot. Can walk or ride bikes to Rosemary. Beach is 5 minute walk with no crowds compared to Rosemary or Seacrest. House was clean and ver accommodating!! Great communication with host!!

Girls Trip!

The property is perfection! Its family friendly, clean as a whistle and has every amenity needed. The first night the HVAC wasn't working and Peggy sent a repairman immediately and sat out in her car to make sure it was working. Peggy was also attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We will be coming back to this location for sure!

Wonderful place!

We’ve stayed at quite a few places along 30A. Although this was more “inlet beach” than “Rosemary”, we ended up loving the location. Super easy flat beach access (no stairs!), very close to 98 w Publix etc., new shops and restaurants popping up close by, and the house layout was great. The teens rode bikes all over and were able to hop on the 30A path easily without crossing 98. Loved the place!

Hill Family Vacation

Absolutely perfect! 2 minute walk to the beach. Very spacious and extremely clean! Owners made sure we had everything that you could need. They were so nice and responsive. Yard was very nice with thick grass for the mini golden. We are already looking at booking again for next year.
