Awesome home away from home!

Totally enjoyed this property for a quick 4-day get away. I’m an “over packer”, and I pleasantly discovered that I didn’t need to bring so much stuff! The property had many of the necessary (and modern) essentials for cooking, serving, and storing food. We only ate out twice—we cooked all of our meals and enjoyed the balcony view while eating most meals. We loved that there were two full baths. This allowed me to have my own space and my boyfriend had his. The king bed in the master was comfy and the living room/dining room was spacious for watching movies and relaxing. The beach view was the best part of the condo! Breathtaking! My only complaint would be the traffic noise that you could hear when in the master bedroom…but that’s only because of the location of the room…definitely not a dealbreaker. Overall—-an awesome stay and I definitely would rent again! Communication was great from the very start and we experienced no issues at all.

This condo and owner are top notch! The condo is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It’s perfectly situated on the beachfront and to local attractions. Property owner is very responsive to questions and issues during the stay. Highly recommend!!

Fun spring break

Property was great. Liked the yard gameArea and pool. Splash pad area was not heated and pool on beach was closed so that was a bummer. Fit 4 kids and 2 adults comfortably. Within walking distance to couple resturants and 20 min walk to Pier Park.

Beautiful Condo

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever rented at PCB! Everything we needed was there and all was very high end down to the bath towels. It was nice being on the 4th floor too so we could take the steps if we wanted to.

Overall, the stay was great!!! Room was very nice, spacious and had a great view of the beach/ocean. Only minor issue we encountered was the elevators were very slow, most instances it was quicker to take the stairs and it was confusing at first how to get luggage to your room based off elevator layout. Again, this very minor and did not effect our trip.

The property was in a great location and all the amenities were great. The property has games/events for kids during the day which lids loved. The view and beach were wonderful. The facility is close to so much that we barely had to drive anywhere with so much in walking distance. property was clean and the prefect size for our small family of 4.

Best Condo We've Ever Stayed At

My family love beach vacations, and we are used to staying in sort of run-down condos that are serviceable but nothing to write home about. This one was really lovely: clean, convenient, well-supplied kitchen, great decor, amazing view. It felt like home- I wish we could have stayed longer!

Fun trip

We just got back from our stay here and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The beds were comfortable, but I’d advise you to bring a sound machine or box fan to drown out noise due to the unit being close to the elevators. We absolutely loved the pool area and play across the road from the condo. The view was gorgeous and the large balcony was great. Starbucks on property was a huge plus, and the ice cream was wonderful too. Getting to the beach was easy and quick. Definitely would stay again!

Best First Visit!!

This was our first visit to PCB, and it was FANTASTIC! We loved the location of the property within PCB (although traffic can be HORRID! LOL) and we loved the view of the ocean. We saw dolphins swimming by on four different mornings, and probably would have on all of them if we had paid enough attention or been there to look. The beach in front of the condo is magnificent, and just about all you really need for a beach vacation. However, if time and money allow, make a trip to Shell Island -- we could live there!! (We rented a pontoon and floated down to Spanish Ante, and there were barely any people there. The sands and water were breathtaking.) Make sure to visit Maryann and Garrison at the beachchair rental shack -- they're super friendly and knowledgable. Maryann has been there for 13 years!! If you see an older lady walking by herself on the beach morning and night, say hello to her -- she owns a 10th floor unit and is recently widowed, and is a sweetheart to chat with. I wish the navigation within the Wyndham itself was a bit better -- it's a bit of a maze getting from the parking garage to the unit, but by the second day I was already a pro at it. It's just a slight pain. And be ready for elevators to take forever in peak seasons! LOL Make sure to look for the guest book on the table nearest the windows! We almost didn't catch it there! Overall, fantastic place to stay, and we're already wanting to book to come back!!!
