Head a couple miles east and visit St. Andrews State Park, where you can explore the pier or take a shuttle boat tour. Hop on the ferry over to Shell Island, accessible only by boat. While the Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals, just three miles from your door.

Everything was great except the fact it is beneath the whole house and there is zero insulation between the floors. Every stomp. Every chair moving. Every step. Every yell. Everything was heard. The door that connects the studio to the entry door of the upstairs is right next to each in the stairway. So when the upstairs guest arrived you heard every wheel hit the stair as they dragged their luggage up. They bang into the door. All right outside the wall you are in. They also try to walk into your space if you don’t have it locked and latched. Repetitively. You can hear if they are running on the middle floor balcony. The space and location is great. Everything was fine except the fact if you are trying to sleep and the guest above you are not you will not be able tog e toast the noise. We left after only being at the property for 5 hours. There is no way you could stay in this space if the upstairs is booked. I’m currently being worked with to get a refund.

Great tiny little home.

Was very thrilled with our experience. Place was within walking distance to everything. Hosts responded fairly quickly with any questions or concerns and were super accommodating and nice. Neighbors were nice, a little on the noisier side at night but didn’t bother us whatsoever. Definitely will be booking here again and recommending to a friend!

Stay was great only issue is there's nothing blocking the noise from the upstairs units last two nights upstairs neighbors made a lot of noise
