Crow’s Nest is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom carriage home located in the heart of Rosemary Beach along Highway 30A. This delightful, sunlit carriage house is only a few steps from the Town Center, Barbados pool, and the beach! Upon entering you will find a cozy living area with HDTV for your entertainment. The love seat, which doubles as an additional bed, can accommodate an additional guest. It includes a full kitchen for meal and snack preparations as well as an island with seating for two guests. The wrap around veranda allows you to take a peek at the Gulf of Mexico while you enjoy the sunset or a glass of wine. Around the corner from the kitchen you will find a bunkroom with twin over twin bunk beds, a washer/dryer closet, and a full size bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. Just up the spiral staircase in the living room is a large master bedroom with a king size Tempurpedic bed. This area has the feel of a loft and overlooks the downstairs living area, making the space feel open and filled with light. Write some post cards to your friends and family using the desk nestled by a window overlooking the town. The sugar white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are less than 100 yards down the wooden boardwalk! This home is perfect for a couple or a small family to create a memorable vacation experience. Paradise found!

Property is great because it’s close to everything. Overall a good place to stay. But for price, I expect a better Mini couch was dirty and cushions on the accent chair are old and stained. Bistro set in the balcony is old and rusted.

Great location to beach and very walkable to eateries. Upstairs bed/loft area was a lot warmer than downstairs unfortunately. We stayed for 3 nights, had enough laundry detergent but did have to purchase more toiletries since there’s only tiny products provided. Overall, I would stay here again and have already recommended it to family and friends!

Great Location!

We loved our stay at the Crows nest. Perfect location to the beach, pool and walking distance to all the popular attractions. The music is loud across the street from a piano bar but it stops around 10:30pm. We had small children and brought their sound machines and that was a big help. The best surprise was the private pool! My son actually learned how to swim this trip in that pool. I would 100% recommend this carriage house and will stay there again.

Perfect Rosemary Beach Escape

Could not have asked for a better location or escape from the frigid northeast for a couple. This house was perfect for my wife and I -- centrally located in Rosemary beach - a quick walk to the beach or to 30A. We walked to our favorite eateries or strolled the beach or just spent time in the back yard by our private pool. We loved this location.

Week at the beach

Unit is adorable and great location, can walk to everything. Neglected to mention co construction in progress on property making entrance to unit difficult, internet issues which property management failed to adequately respond to. If not for chance encounter with the owner this would have remained unresolved

Great getaway!

Went for a long weekend with my husband and our dog. It is a fantastic location if you want to be close to downtown rosemary!! Very Close walk to beach, as well. The balcony is wrap around with some of it covered, which was enjoyable!! The property manager was attentive and easy to reach. We have had some bad experiences with other rental properties in the past (especially cleanliness) so we are always a little weary but this property was fantastic!! Just a note- the master bedroom is up a set of spiral stairs in case mobility is a concern. Would recommend this rental!!!

2 adults - mid 30s and 1 one year old. GREAT location, property manager is very thorough/responsive and check in was a breeze. Main complaint - the floors and rug in living room were very dirty and worn. Seemed a little pricey for the accommodations but you're ultimately paying for location here. Overall though, we had a great experience and we will be back.

Great location, not clean

Cottage sleeps 5 people but it’s really not functional for 5. It was not clean, the chairs are stained and the rug is disgusting. The AC went out from midnight til 12:00 the next day, 90 degrees in the house. Called and message the property managers, they never called back. We had to keep calling them.

Fun family vacation

This was our third stay in Rosemary Beach. We typically stay east of the main square and will plan to do the same in the future. It was noisy here due to restaurants and other condos with pools close by. Overall the carriage house was very clean and well kept. No spices for cooking and only two towels provided.

Amazing location

This house has everything you need and it is beautiful. It’s in the heart of Rosemary and we enjoyed our stay. Management was amazing and super fast response. My only complaint is the internet. It wasn’t fast enough to stream or take work calls.

The cutest cottage with an AMAZING location!

Me and the hubs greatly enjoyed our four night getaway at the Crow’s Nest! Super cute, cozy and the perfect location. You are right in the mix of all things, walking distance to everything, including the beach. I highly recommend this place for your next getaway to Rosemary.

Overall the cottage was extremely cute and an ideal location to attractions in Rosemary. Downside was the constant noise. Trash truck at 6am on Tuesday and Friday mornings that lasted over 30minutes and sounded like the trash was being dumped in the living room, pressure washing at 7am on Wednesday morning for the restaurant across the street and folks talking in the street till 1 in the morning directly under the bunk bed windows. Unfortunately the look and appeal of Rosemary was lost due to the above referenced noise.

The Perfect Location!

Location could not have been better. We are a family of four with two young kids and really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to restaurants, etc. It was a great time!

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Excellent location! Very short walk to restaurants, beach access, and pool. Something to note: your balcony looks right at Pescados which had live music every night we were there. This could be heard throughout the carriage house. It wasn't an issue for us because our kids sleep though everything, but something to note if that would potentially be an issue for your family. Otherwise, it was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!
