Excellent location - within walking distance of Pier Park. Very clean rooms with beautiful gulf views. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Embassy Suites in Panama City, Florida.

The customer service was just horrible. Staff was rude. The rooms were really noisy. There was a flashing light in the room all night. I’m just disappointed. Was really hoping for a relaxing stay. It was not.

Family of 6 with 2 toddlers. Property was clean and staff was very friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and made to order omelets, plenty of options for everyone. Only thing we wish was that the pool was heated! I understand it’s in FL, but for the months of Feb-April when people start visiting, the pool water is still very chilly

Not good from the start. Wasn’t able to check in to room till 5pm. They didn’t have rooms ready and we had to final get management involved and still wasn’t good. Seemed like the whole facility was miss managed for Spring Break crowds.
