This is our second year. Both times have been excellent. The service is very good. Rooms are clean and the common areas are comfortable and welcoming to hang out. The only thing is the hallways to the rooms are starting to look really worn and stained.

Room was clean, staff were friendly, beach view was good, breakfast was good but if you want an omelette be prepared to wait. Water pressure in our shower could have been better and the shower door leaked, overall a good experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an excellent family vacation time at this hotel. The property is well-maintained, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast options were good, and the staff at the reception were very welcoming and professional. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and family-friendly, making our stay enjoyable. However, one major disappointment was that we had booked a beach-front view room, but due to overbooking, it was canceled without prior notice. This was a surprise at check-in, which was very inconvenient since we specifically traveled with family for the beach-view experience. While the hotel provided complimentary perks as compensation, it would be better to ensure that reservations are honored or, at the very least, communicated in advance. For families traveling with specific expectations, this kind of change can affect the entire experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the hotel should improve on reservation management to avoid such situations in the future.

Beach view was ok but there were power lines directly in front of the patio which the floor was nasty had spit stains and coffee stains. The flooring by the refrigerator was coming up and we almost tripped on it. The fan in the bathroom didnt work. The "free" drinks the hotel gives you is not of your choosing. You get orange or red. It is a very long walk from your room to the elevator then followed by another long walk from the elevator to the lobby just to exit or enter. Some of the electrical door locks didnt work and some did. As soon as i checked in a scanned a qr code at the front desk to pay for parking. As soon as that happened my bank called me with fraudulent charges and immediately blocked my credit card. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast fake eggs and greasy bacon and muffins and juice and coffee not the worst but not the best. Also upon returning home i was charged an additional 186 dollars by embassy suites.

Yes we could see the beach and my dog had a good time also we loved everything and would stay again the only thing I can say bad is the 20 a day parking it should have been free or at least 20 for the stay not per day
