We really enjoyed our stay. We lucked up and got first row (balcony) seats to the air show. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean and had everything you could think of. I normally travel with extras but only needed my laundry pods. The view was spectacular. The water was so beautiful this stay! We used the amenities including the beach chairs. I was happy to see groundskeeper Sandy as she was a joy on our last visit.I would definitely stay again if they will have us! As the sign says in the master bath “ if you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you’re lucky enough”

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The parking spot was super convenient right in front of the elevators. The condo was very clean, comfortable beds and both were king size, shower stall and jetted tub was top of the line. Then the balcony and that 22nd floor view was fabulous!!! We seen dolphins, sting rays from the balcony. The chairs and table on the balcony was very comfy too. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrellas was a great perk too. We will be back!!

Outstanding condo. We have atayed at Emerald Isle several times, and we loved this unit. The views were great, my wife and I enjoyed being on the 22nd floor.We did have an issue with the washer/dryer, we called Janet and she helped us with it,(would recommend new ones)We would love to be repeat guests at this place!!!!!!

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Everything was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the space was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was spacious and inviting. One of the reasons we booked this condo was because of the balcony and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the balcony and listening to the sounds of the ocean. The facilities were clean, the reserved parking space was amazing, and the elevators were surprisingly quick!When we did have an issue with the washer, Janet was very responsive and helpful! We really loved staying here and will be back!

This condo was all that was advertised and more! The condo was nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Great water pressure. Washer and dryer worked well. Parking spot was very close to elevators. We enjoyed the beach chair service. The pool area was spotless. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. Everyone that we came in contact was very helpful and polite. We will definitely book with Ed and Janet again.

A Great Week!

We had a great time here! The condo is clean and exactly what we needed for a family of 4. We had all we needed to cook and extra items to make our beach outings more fun/convenient. The cart was especially handy for trips downstairs. Communication with Janet was quick and easy. There was a minor hiccup with check in and she was fast to respond and correct. She also jumped in to help when we thought we had a washer issue (it ended up being fine). The view is spectacular from the balcony and made for an excellent breakfast spot every morning. We will look to book again in the future. Thanks, Janet!

Perfect Little Beach Getaway

Janet was a fabulous host and the condo was perfect for our family of four. We had everything we needed, and even more with the extra baskets of goodies in each bathroom. Highly recommend this Unit! Has everything been you'll need and more. Facility staff was wonderful from security to managers to beach attendants. MOST IMPORTANTLY the host was Fantastic. They answered any and all questions through the whole process faster and more thoroughly than any stay ive used before. We were able to call this place our home for 10 days, its spacious, well maintained, fully equipped
