Overall, we had a great stay. We really enjoyed the spacious layout, especially the large living area and the balcony with beautiful views. The elevator was impressively fast, making trips down to the beach quick and convenient. We also appreciated the easy beach access, as well as the added security of a gate code and a guard for the parking area.Our only minor complaints were that one set of sheets didn’t seem freshly changed, and parts of the condo could use some updating. Aside from that, it was a great value for the price, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We spent five nights at this resort, and honestly, if work wasn't calling us back, we would have stayed forever! It truly was the vacation of a lifetime.From the very first moment—the warm smile of the gatekeeper and the perfectly manicured grounds—everything felt just right. Thanks to our host's thoughtful instructions, arriving was effortless. But the moment we stepped into the apartment, time seemed to stand still. We were all left speechless by the beauty, warmth, and comfort that greeted us. Even with our large family, there was so much room to breathe; we even had two cozy sofas to spare once everyone had drifted off to sleep.Waking up to that balcony view was magic—just us, the endless ocean, and the shore. While the children spent their days splashing in the crystal-clear pool, our evenings were spent by the charcoal grills, sharing meals under the stars in the fresh sea air. There is such a deep sense of peace and safety here.With its powdery white sand, turquoise waters, and our little piece of luxury on the 13th floor, the whole experience felt like a beautiful, waking dream. We truly hope that, as a extra large family, we’ll be able to return to this little slice of heaven one day. If you are looking for paradise, you have found it here.

When we first went in, the master bathroom was clogged up the toilet. The message we got from the person that came and unclogged. The toilet was that they use the plunger the proper way which I know how to use a plunger and I thought that was kind of rude. There was no chairs or an umbrella for the beach. I was told to go down front and ask I did and they said that I had to contact the property owner about that which I did. The little cabinet that the trashcan sets in was very nasty so was the trashcan that’s in the kitchen. Other than that everything was ok.

I have been coming to this building for over 30 years, and while we expected the condo to be outdated based on the listing photos, our experience was far worse than anticipated and extremely frustrating.Upon arrival, the condo door was unlocked. Nearly half of the electrical outlets were not functional and required maintenance before they worked properly. Because of the lack of working outlets, we had to move a lamp from the bedroom into the living area just to be able to see adequately. In addition, a piece of metal trim on one of the bathtubs was hanging loose and required repair, and one of the main living room curtains was found lying on the floor. We were told that everything in the unit was working and that none of these issues had been reported by the cleaning crew prior to their departure. If that is true, it is very concerning that this many issues could have occurred in the short window between cleaning and our check‑in just a few hours later. Despite reporting the electrical problems immediately at check‑in, they were not fully resolved until the third day of our stay. It is unacceptable to pay premium Easter and spring break rates and not have reliable electricity throughout much of the unit for most of the trip.Cleanliness was also a major concern. We found blood stains on extra pillows stored in the closet. Although we were promised two replacement pillows, they were never delivered. The refrigerator had not been properly cleaned, and we even found sharp glass

We loved everything about the room. We hope to stay their again, We alway come to Panama City, in Sept. But i have already look to see about makeing reservation for 0ne are two weeks, and was disppoined to find you don't have a full 7 days opened in the meddle of the month of Sept of 2026. I would like to tell you to, that after adding on Sunday, we had a man and woman and a little boy, who was standing outside of the door suspiciously knocking several times, and was told the first time we opened the door the phrase Never Mind! the next knock we answerd the door and the three was standing their asking when we was leaving. It was upseting, because we had no idea who these people was and what intentions they had.. It made us afraid to leave the room, not knowing if we came back the three people would be in our room. Other then that we enjoy our stay. Thank You!

Great space but kitchen supplies lacking

The condo is very open and spacious. Great location and view from the balcony. Excellent response and resolution when reported any issues with your condo. Elevators are definitely an issue as one was down the entire time and the other one often went down so we definitely got cardio in. They do warn you that the kitchen supplies are basic. I just don’t think I was quite prepared for how lacking it was. Otherwise great condo and I would stay here again.

Spring Break Group

I stayed at this condo with a group of 10 people and we had a great time. It was very spacious and there was plenty of room for us all. I had a few complaints, but they were mild. We had multiple run-ins with odd permanent residents in the common spaces. At one occasion, while the girls in our group were alone in the elevator, an older gentleman came in telling them that he lived there, asking them what floor and unit they were staying in, and becoming upset that they wouldn't tell him. In terms of problems with the condo itself, the hot tub was the biggest disappointment. They say it's drained and cleaned between every stay, but when we arrived it was filthy, with large amounts of hair and other gunk floating in it, and it wasn't even filled enough to be up to your waist when sitting in it. Additionally, it didn't heat up for our entire stay, despite attempting the "fixes" listed in the email. The bedding was also a small issue, as there wasn't extra bedding provided for the pullout sofa's, so I would recommend you bring your own blankets if you plan on using them. On our final day, the cleaning crew arrived two hours prior to our check out time, however, they did leave once they realized we were still there. My final complaint is that I never received any responses to my communication while I was there. I asked two questions about my stay to the number they had texted me from, but I received no answers. It's a beautiful location, and the condo itself is well decorated.

CONDO NEEDS UPDATES AND MATTRESSES

First off, the layout of this condo is great. Large living room area is fantastic. The 2 green sleeper sofas need to be thrown out. The stains on them were disgusting. We never sat on them bc we were grossed out. I can't imagine trying to sleep on them. The stories they could tell... The updated living room furniture was very nice. Leather sofa and recliners.The kitchen needs a major update. Has a new fridge (which is nice) but stove is almost dangerous bc the burner indicators have been worn off. So you have to turn on a burner and wait to see which one it is. Sterling silver silverware needs to be cleaned properly, looks very dirty. Or just get updated silverware. Kitchen cabinets need redone and cleaned thoroughly. The mattresses on every bed ARE AWFUL. A couple bed had pieces of plywood to try to help. I literally tried different beds bc I couldn't sleep at night. Didn't help at all. Excellent laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Master bath had been updated. The other 2 bathrooms could use some updates specifically the showers. Big dining room table which is great. Great bar area next to kitchen. Private hot tub was great bc the "heated" pool for the complex wasn't very warm. The lid to hot tub needs to be replaced as it's falling apart. We were constantly picking pieces of Styrofoam out. The location was great. We were there in December so not a lot of traffic. Unless a few updates were made AND NEW MATTRESSES we would not stay here again.
