There’s a hot tub & heated pool!!

Great service, room spacious and comfortable, except bed sank to middle. Breakfast was okay, but serving containers were empty and no one seemed to be replenishing them. Hotels.com didn’t show that pools were heated or that there was a hot tub. Wish we had known and brought swimwear.

We loved our stay at the hotel. They have all the amenities you would need for a fantastic beach stay. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We booked a gulf view room and the view was breath taking. It was a peaceful stay, which is what we needed.

The staff was extremely friendly and inviting. The property felt really safe. Yes the parking is across the street. However, it is a secured, comfortable and convenient walking distance from the hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breathtaking views from the balcony. If you want friendly service at Coconut Charlie's, we would highly recommend asking for Nadia. We will definitely visit again!!

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful beach front. Access to beach very easy and close. Hot tub and pool beautiful and clean. Staff super friendly and very helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The food was fantastic! Loved the breakfast and the fresh green salad was top of the list! A must stay!

Best Hotel I ever stayed at in Panama City Beach

Our stay was very remarkable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The office manager provided an amazing experience for our stay. We look forward to staying at this hotel for many more vacations ahead.

Property was nice, especially the pool area, however, the restaurant was not good and service was slow, Even though they're only three other people in there. The grouper sandwich was a teeny tiny piece of fish and a giant piece of lettuce between two buns. In the room, the bed was very uncomfortable and the absolute worst pillows. And possible to get a good night sleep on this. Probably lots of people have to schedule chiropractic appointments and massage therapist after trying to sleep here . Disappointment because this place has potential.

Great Hotel/Resort. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the resort! It was very clean and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable, the staff were nice and attentive. The pool area was nice. We enjoyed the balcony and close access to the beach.

Good beach weekend! Hotel was nice and clean with a good location and view. Only complaints are the shower water pressure was terrible and parking is across the street with no walkway. Besides that everything was perfect!
