The hotel is walkable to pier park. The pool is small for a hotel pool. But all the pools in PCB are too.

Sand in the Pool and Service That Sank

The check-in experience left much to be desired—the staff seemed disengaged and reluctant to assist, which unfortunately set the tone for the rest of the stay. The pool consistently had sand in it and appeared to be in need of serious maintenance. Additionally, the resort charges a service fee for beach chair usage but only supplies two chairs and one umbrella per room, regardless of the number of guests. This policy felt inconvenient and poorly thought out. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

Being an amazing location and beautiful new hotel I thought we would get the best customer service ever but it was the opposite. I was so disappointed in every person that worked that hotel ! The only one time I got a smile from someone that works there was the nice girl that hands towels down by the pool and the one guy behind the bar at the pool area . But we arrived after a long 12 hour drive all excited I made sure to call and confirm and let them know it’s for my mothers 65th birthday they had it in their notes when they pulled my name up . I can’t believe we are at a time in our lives where we have to say something about this but when did customer service turned into a joke ? When was it ok for the receptionist ( the person that actually welcomes new visitors to the hotel to not even say hello how are you ?or Hello welcome to (name of hotel ) ! Or Hello how can I help you today ? Or hello Ms Rana we have here that it’s your mothers bday happy birthday to her ! When was it ok to just leave new clients waiting for minutes without acknowledging them or saying something to them when was it ok to walk up to a new client and stair at them expecting them to say what they are here for !? Omg if it wasn’t my mothers bday I would have walked out right then . It was horrible not one person at this hotel was professional or nice or kind or welcoming at all ! Attitude was disgusting . Ice machines didn’t work in all 3 floors , bathroom sink not working , no cold water in showers

Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. They tended to our needs quickly. Loved the closeness to the beach, the lazy river pool, breakfast served. The hotel was clean and located near shopping. Always something we could do rain or shine. Very pleased with the hotel and would definitely go there again.

Pool area was filthy. Lobby was as well. Lobby furniture was stained/dirty. Some front desk women were rude and not friendly. Elevators were broken and extremely slow. Our bed was extremely soft and broken down. Our room faced the street and it was very noisy. The mini fridge didn’t work and we did let front desk know. We were told it needed time to cool down. People were vaping at the pool. Breakfast ran out of food and it was not replenished. Kids at the pool were using the pool hand rails as a slide!!! 😳 we chose this hotel because of the “Excellent” on line reviews. We were very disappointed. We will never stay here again.

We enjoyed being right on the beach and that they provided lounge chairs and an umbrella. Plus the pool/beach towels. Less items to pack. I did complain about the noise coming from the fitness center at all hours of the night. I would not recommend staying anywhere on the second floor. Especially room 205. The fitness center is right next door and you can hear weights beings dropped.
