Beachfront 1 Bedroom with king bed, sleeper sofa and bunk beds plus, Spectacular Ocean Views!
* Splash Resort guests must stop at the registration desk to purchase wrist bands and parking passes. The fee is $35.
Our nice 1 Bedroom condo has flat screen TVs, and cable including HBO. We are located on the West side of Panama City Beach, about 1.5 miles to Pier Park. You will enjoy free beach service with 2 chaise lounges and an umbrella, this service is seasonal and runs between March 1st through October 31st.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, including pots and pans, flatware, and small appliances.
The living room beachfront balcony fronts a spectacular and unobstructed view of the Gulf coast from one curve to the other, with four nice tall chairs with table in between for you to enjoy either coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon.
The main bedroom has a king bed with a comfortable mattress, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, built in bunk beds, and one trundle under the bunk beds, capable to accommodate 7 people total. * Remember that the number specified on the initial reservation request must match the number arriving as Splash will correlate the numbers on the registration form with the online request.
Complementary wireless internet, and washer-dryer inside the unit.
This is a non-smoking, no-pet condo.
Splash combines a fantastic location with outstanding onsite amenities, including over 400 feet of pristine Gulf Front, children's interactive Aqua Play areas, pools (seasonally heated December through February), 2 distinct water park environs with water canons, twisting slide, and, a fitness center, island-style cabana beach bar and grill, an outdoor grill, hot tub, Lazy River with tubes, small Splash Pad, and Tipping Bucket.

Beautiful condo as described. We loved the decor that was very relaxing. Loved first floor that can see above trees. Had to get with the owner about an issue which was resolved. We felt very safe at this complex. We ate at the Riptide which was good and convenient. We took advantage of the beach chairs one day. We hope to stay again in the future.

Excellent stay!

We had the best week at Splash! The unit was very clean, and Hilmar was very responsive. Being on the first floor was an added bonus as we could easily use the stairs when the elevators were busy. We also loved that that the unit came with two beach chairs and an umbrella each day.

Perfect for my family!

We last minute booked this unit for spring break and could not be happier with our decision! The unit was so clean and smelled great the second we opened the door. It was spotless and decorated just right, not too much and nice calm colors. The balcony is big and view is gorgeous! Special touches I loved, the nice shampoo/conditioner and bath salts, and the adjustable king bed! My kids (5 and 6) loved the bunk beds and I liked that it had a trundle just in case my son rolled out of the bed, which he did! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking! We loved not having to take the elevator just 2 small flights of stairs from the pool. The owner was wonderful to work with and we will definitely book this unit again in the future!

Absolutely amazing

Everything as pictured, beautifully decorated condo on 1st floor, perfect location. Hilmar was amazing to work with, explained everything in detail before my arrival and super responsive while we were there. This is my 3rd time at the Splash and I think I found my home away from home place. Cannot say enough on how amazing this condo was for us. Already looking into next year and definitely staying at this place.

Great stay for a few days on the beach! The view from the 1st floor is great. Oh and trust me not having to wait in the elevator line is a BIG bonus . Hilmar is very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit!

The condo was perfect. Had everything you could think of, was very clean, and well decorated. I had read in reviews that the elevators are slow, which was true so was very glad we chose a first floor place and could just take the stairs. Super fun place to stay. I was very excited to stay here and all looked good upon arrival. Upon leaving the last day, I noticed bites on my wrists and on my neck. Just thought they were bug bites but by the time I got home, I had multiple sets of bites that were in lines or sets of 3 which I later googled and found out was common of bed bug bites. I tried contacting the owner but could only talk to the manager and have only been told "sorry". The bed bug bites are the most extremely itchy and painful thing. Would be nice if I could get something more than a "sorry". I'll give it two stars because the manager did communicate with me promptly about check in and opening the balcony door.

Wonderful Family Trip

We had a wonderful time at Splash 103E. Super clean and quiet, even though it’s in the first floor. Great amenities and very close to the super popular Thomas Ice Cream and Donut Shop. The addition of 2 beach chairs is a super bonus!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Probably the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in. It has everything we needed, the laundry was super convenient. The low floor location was perfect to avoid the elevator lines. The property manager Kristy was amazing. The property changed owners after we booked, but before our stay. Kristy made a very difficult situation as seamless as possible. She was very responsive and helpful. We will be back to this property and any other one that Kristy is responsible for.

Great Family Place

This was perfect for a family of 4 with young kids. My husband and I took our 6 and 3 year old. The hallway bunk beds were perfect! First floor was an amazing perk. The included beach chairs were a bonus! I have nothing negative to say. I would only suggest a pub table to go with the awesome balcony chairs!
