Slip into the impressive, bi-level pool, enjoy an inspirational beach view while you work up a sweat in the fitness room, or fire up one of the community grills and dine outdoors.
You don't have to travel far from this complex to find excellent local restaurants, exciting attractions, and unique shopping options. Less than three miles east, check out the exhibits at WonderWorks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, or have a blast with the entire family at Race City and the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park! For delicious meals, grab a bite to eat at Another Broken Egg Cafe, Shrimp Basket, and Harpoon Harry's, all within walking distance.

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.
While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
