Cleanliness is always a main focus of our Company. Because of Covid-19, we are re-doubling our efforts to make sure that you remain as safe as possible while on vacation with us.
We provide an initial supply of toilet paper & paper towels in your rental. Please bring enough paper towels, toilet paper and disinfecting wipes to last through your entire stay in case the local stores are out of stock.
We follow the CDC's guidelines for cleaning your vacation rental prior to your arrival. We disinfect all high touch surfaces with CDC recommended products. We clean all hard surface floors with steam mops. We take special care to wipe down everything in bathrooms and kitchens. All doorknobs, faucets, towel bars, countertops, tables and light switches are sanitized. Our laundry is sent out to a professional service for high temperature washing. Once our housekeeping staff finishes cleaning and disinfecting, our inspectors check everything and finish off with a Sanix fog treatment just to be sure nothing was missed. Sanix is a commercial grade germicide, that allows us to do this final disinfection without having to touch anything in the property. We also have ozone generators that are used for additional disinfection when properties are vacant for more than 24 hours or if there are additional concerns that need to be addressed.

The coastal inspired great room, overlooking the amazing Gulf of Mexico, has a 'man-sized' flat screen TV and comfortable furniture for watching your favorite shows!

The balcony is your very own secluded outdoor room! You won't even know you have neighbors! Sit back in the shade and enjoy the 650 ft expanse of private beach and the sunset views over the pier. The patio furniture is just right for intimate outside dining, morning, noon or night.

The Master suite has a luxuriously appointed king-sized bed with high thread count sheets and fluffy pillows. You'll love the modern furniture and the wall mounted TV. Open the sliding door and enjoy the sound of the surf right from your bed! The en suite private master bath has a fabulous oversized soaking tub, a walk in shower with shower massage, double sinks and a separate toilet area. You'll just love the granite counter tops and fancy tile work and beautiful woodwork in this bathroom.

The Guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with luxury linens and pillows that will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The window opens to the rear walkway and has a view over the town. This room has a wall mounted flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The guest bedroom also has a private entrance to the adjacent hall bathroom so it's very convenient.

The extra large hall bathroom is extra convenient for guests on the sofa sleeper and twin sized bed! With an oversized tub/shower combination with shower massage it is sure to be comfortable for everyone.

The gourmet kitchen has an ocean view, too! With stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and gourmet cookware, it's a pleasure to prepare meals and snacks. You'll find everything you need to make cooking easy in your kitchen: a coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, toaster, knife block set, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and tons of other gadgets. There's even a crock-pot for having dinner ready when you get back from a long day at the beach.

The property has a washer/dryer and an iron and ironing board for your convenience. It's so nice to have in-unit laundry!

Parking is available in the Grand Panama Parking decks. Parking passes and wristbands are purchased at the front desk upon your arrival. You are limited to 2 parking passes. There are two decks, one adjacent to the Grand Beach tower that is served by a walk over bridge and another that is located adjacent to the street side tower. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
Minimum rental age is 21. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please.
The Grand Panama Resort offers 2 huge pools, 2 hot tubs and kiddie pools. One is beach side and the other is a beach overlook pool in The Grand Vista Tower. Poolside Tiki bar! Lush tropical landscaping and swaying palms throughout the resort give a relaxed feeling all around you.
