It was old and the carpet in the hallways and in our room were very old and dirty. No coffee provided in the rooms. A dog belonging to a guest bit my companion and tore his skin. We reported it. We could not even confirm that the dog had his shots. We should have been given a big discount or a free stay for our one night. It was so upsetting we left without using any pools; didn’t even see the lazy river. Do not recommend this place

I came here in 2019 whrn the world began to open up again. Everyone is just as wonderful as they were back then as there were back then. This place is home for me and I will always book here. The ladies at the gift shop, Johnny and Nate at guest services, bartenders at the tiki bar, front desk and especially the wonderful lady running the ice cream place made this trip perfect. I got the Krazy Cookie Dough with Sprinkles almost everynight there. Soecial shoutout to the grounds and placekeepers for making sure the pools were clean and areas were in tip top condition. Especially after the Alabama college kids destroyed the place. They had it up and going in an hour. I will be back next year for sure. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to this place. What you do is noticed.

It's by the beach. Close to where we needed to be. Didn't like the old carpet in the rooms it would be better if it's not a carpet since you're at the beach.

Loved our stay. Hated to leave and will return. Always felt safe and everything was convenient. Beach front with view from room was a plus and for accommodations price was fair. I would say however, when front desk collects $100 cash deposit they should provide a receipt for thins.

Went the last full week of April and it was frat and sorority LSU spring break nonsense. Loud, drinking, awful until 3AM. Staff was nice. Now that spring break for schools are over it is for families again. Now that I know when to come, I will be returning here. I liked the heated pools, hot tub, and beach front location.

This hotel is in need of upgrading. The pictures are deceiving on the hotel website. It’s old and smells like musk. Our AC leaked in one room and didn’t work in another. We stayed in a 2 bedroom that slept 10 people and there was only one bathroom

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay there ! There was plenty there to keep us busy the coconut deli food was not worth the money tho. Everything else was amazing we will be back !

15 years coming to this property. Love that its out of the heart of PCB and all the amenities onsite make it to where we dont have to leave once we get there and settled.
